I decided after all this rubbish about £150 million OM payout etc etc to email the company late last night and as what’s happening with the arbitration. Got a reply the next morning which is below.


Thank you for your e mail

On the Ombrina arbitration we have been informed by the ICSID panel that there is a delay to the process, perhaps unsurprisingly, as a result of the Covid situation. While they have told us there is a delay, they have not been able to provided us with any indication of a new timetable.

At present therfore, we are not aware of any information around a likely outcome or timetable.

I am sorry not to be able to provide you with a more meaningful update

As soon as we have any material information we will update the market
