Citizen Smith says that it mentions foreign projects and so doesn't apply to British .It states that it wants to stop POLLUTING fossil fule projects so then its ok to polute Britain. He makes no sense as usual and these guys are supposed to be intelligent.

Any comments on UKEF major funding in this project or do you just dismiss it .I suppose because its in a left wing paper you might not say its correct but I read all opinions not just the daily mail .Dont expect a sensible reply .
