Reading some of the regular Mantra of Trolls, they are, to all intents and purposes, Luddites.

Opposed to everything and anything.

Rock have been extremely fortunate to be mining, totally ignored by the World and then suddenly find themselves Mining the Most Sought after commodity in the entire World, purely by Circumstances, but UNDENIABLE. There is NO Downside, Rock are now the ENVY of every single Huge Mining Company in the Whole World and I include China in that.

Because I do not Discount China, that means the rest of the World will know they have to fear China will make a decisive move. The none movement over next few days is irrelevant, ANTIMONY is also in the mix absolutely Mind boggling where this could finish up.

I thought £210m was a fair bid. Antimony, if it is found in Quantities currently envisaged, changes everything. Great find ROB. Rock is suddenly a MINING MAJOR.

Who ever would have thought that? never in your wildest dreams. Hold on to those shares, they are soon to be as rare as Hens teeth. I Forecast a massive Bid.

Maybe,but I’ll definitely be checking what these dishonest MMs are upto tomorrow,just like today,they try to give the illusion of big demand and quickly take up the price,only to then put it on NT to sell,and then an hour later you see a delayed 5m or 10m sell, round numbers, where they are dumping there own stock, it won’t let you sell,you can’t trust these snakes .

I already have some from the morning of the placement announcement, 13.5 average. Happy to wait,want to top up at around 14-15, and think there’s still a reasonable to get some .Did dummy sells quick a few times through the day and guess what NT to sell , I use Halifax.
The pattern today was obvious by MMs,take up sp, don’t allow selling, gradually bring price down without much selling, as negotiated trade to sell, and then bang delayed 5m sell,delayed 10m sell, and you e got rampers on LSE telling us they were buys.
If selling was freely allowed today I’m sure price would have dropped to around 14-15 ish. Let’s see if they play the same game tomorrow,I’ll be watching and dummy trading at different points in the day.aimo

Rio Tinto rumoured to be eyeing Canada’s Teck Resources
Mining heavyweight Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) is reportedly considering potential takeover options including US$26.33 billion ($38.88 billion) dual-listed Canadian miner Teck Resources (NYSE:TECK).

Sky News reported last Friday that sources said the major had drawn up detailed proposals for a potential bid for Vancouver-headquartered Teck which included approaching banks about financing a deal.

According to bankers cited by the news service, any takeover offer would need to be well over US$30 billion, and potentially around US$32 billion, to be considered a “credible approach”.

While London-headquartered Rio Tinto is yet to respond to the media speculation, Sky News reported that a source close to the London-listed miner said the company did not have any immediate plans to launch a bid for Teck, but confirmed it was on its list of possible targets.

There is some question though around whether Canada would allow a full takeover of Teck (TSX:TECK.A), given recent restrictions around foreign companies looking to acquire Canada-domiciled critical minerals players.


Earlier in July, Industry Minister Francois-Philippe Champagne approved Glencore’s (LSE:GLEN) multi-billion-dollar takeover of Teck’s steelmaking coal division, adding that Canada would only allow similarly large deals in the future under “the most exceptional circumstances”.

Having now offloaded its coal division, Teck is now predominantly focused on copper, zinc and other metals — such as germanium, indium and cadmium — critical to the clean energy transition.

Both copper and zinc are classified as critical minerals by the Canadian Government.

I agree medium to long term the potential is huge,however the so-called ‘investorsR17; on Aim think a few hours is far too long , therefore I expect some dumping from them, which will take the share price lower for next couple of days , and then the rerate can begin,aimo

Looks to me like all they (MMs) have done all day is take the price up , dump a 5 or 10 million block, gradually take the price down again , and then late report the round numbered big diumps ,thereby making it difficult to sell most of the day ,ie. Negotiated Trade. Will wait for it to drop to around 15 ish , which I believe it will,when folk can sell freely.imo

Right now they are trying to convince the less knowledgeable on LSE that a 10,000,000 share sale at 11.55 was a buy , when it was a 100% sell and since then the price has been coming down , they must think people are stupid. Nice try.

And just to add, if anybody gives an alternative view to the rampers, they get reported and posts removed or suspended.
Some ody mentioned the other day whether LSE is complicit, I think they are ,because the will remove very reasonable posts which don’t agree with the rampers narrative. Aimo.
