Clearly Mr. Market hasn't given it any credence - given the share price is comatose (and slipping off the bed).

Only if the share price is ever north of 5p (without any prior share consolidation) we will know that Mr. Market has believed the story.

Were DP to buy dollops, that would also be a clear indication of belief in the project. As it is DP is sitting on his hands, it seems. Tells a story, don't it?

I would not at all be surprised to see yet another 'manyana' RNS, as well as a a placing.
