"Details of the Acquisition

1. Rockfire has paid to Symbolic Resources Pty Ltd ("Symbolic"), an Australian private mineral exploration company, the Option Fee of A$20,000 (~£12,000), to keep the Option open for a period of six months from 23 November 2018, being the date the Option Agreement was signed (the "Option Period").

2. Rockfire may then notify Symbolic at any time during the Option Period that it intends to exercise the Option, and will be then required to pay Symbolic a further A$30,000 (~£17,000) in cash and issue Symbolic fully paid new ordinary shares in Rockfire to the value of A$50,000 (~£28,000), with an issue price equal to the 5-day volume weighted average price of Rockfire shares on AIM prior to the date of issue."

I make that about £57,000 (of which £12,000 has already been paid), so not much at all. In fact quite a small cost.

Think it's 80k mixture cash and shares, cheap if the prospects good.

So 2 lots soil samples, Double Event, Cardigan Dam, with lab for testing and C/dome now collecting further samples to help make option decision which expires 23 May.

Lab testing has been quick in the past and the fact that the team has only just moved on to Copperdome but expect to get the sampling done and results all in time to make a decision by 23 May, suggests news in the weeks after Easter.

Then the placing, possibly on fair terms, to secure Copperdome and fund more drilling, hence the 2nd broker. I hasten to add that's SPECULATION not knowledge.

Obviously still busy at Double Event before the team moves back to Copperdome.

Historical gold diggings continue to be found as our field crews undertake soil and rock sampling at the western extension of Double Event Prospect in Queensland. These diggings are more than 500m west of our last drill program.
