Interesting, and may be something in this bit (from the interims)?

The Company also has a substantial property portfolio with
significant development potential.

Haven't had time to look into it, and it hasn't been discussed here.
Would need full accounts to get more information on when revalued, etc.

Found this, from Investors Chronicle, 6 May 05:

As a private firm, Robinson returned cash to shareholders in 1995 and 2000. And it did so again in April 2004 when it first joined Aim, using that exercise to set a price at 85p to buy-back £10m of shares. Doing it that way was a lot more tax-effective than paying out a super dividend. The 2004 return to profit included reduced exceptional costs of £430,000 (from £1.14m last year), but there was a 48 per cent tax charge in place of a credit. The company also owns three surplus properties in Chesterfield. All are zoned industrial, but two could become residential land - although not until 2011.

So that bit's a long wait!

Huge drop in the price today but without any news. Does anybody know why? Probably not. Does anybody follow this company? Is it just the family trying to dump their stake and get out?
