SPACs are not a bad concept but unfortunately the BoD at Ridgecrest have no idea of how best to utilise such a vehicle...Maybe there still at brainstorming phase!

To sum upNet asset value 0.44pThe company has told you that any reverse takeover will be higher than that but at a material discount to 3 times that at 1.32p.So the company who are in active discussion are telling you that any takeover is realistically going to be around 1p maximum.Yet we still have multiple twitter posters (who are not associated with the company and not involved in the takeover discussions) spending nearly all day yesterday and most of the night saying watch it bounce, watch this space, it's going higher etc.Full respect for the shares they do pick out that come good but anyone continuing to pump this with the news release yesterday needs to have a serious word with themselves.You might get a dead cat bounce but you have been told by the company what price the deal is likely to go through at so don't be fooled in to thinking otherwise

They did get past those preliminary stages with the RTO buddy, but realised after ONLY six months that it wasn't even feasible...There seems to be a 'Real' urgency for the company to do things effectively and efficiently here!
