25/3/2021 11:00 | I believe onsideman may be right. Fest - I believe you are referring to "hope value" - which is a different thing entirely and cannot be quantified. | kemche
25/3/2021 10:26 | Which makes no sense Onesider. You know full well I'm referring to the faith, goodwill and expectation perceived by investors in a strong proposition. | festario
25/3/2021 10:19 | Well I have added a few more - we will see if it is a sign for a further fall....... | flying pig
25/3/2021 10:19 | Festario24 Mar '21 - 23:48 - 827 of 829 Do you know what Enterprise Value is, or are you just throwing what you perceive to be a buzz phrase around and hope it applies? PS here's a clue... Enterprise Value = Market Cap + Debt - cash/cash equivalents | onsideman
25/3/2021 09:38 | Maybe at 1.5, but then it did drop through 2.5 and 2. Bad day on markets all round, so I'm switching off for today | nakedmolerat
25/3/2021 08:50 | I can guarantee there are lots on the sidelines waiting for this to turn, the snap back when it comes will be sharp. | 32campomar
24/3/2021 23:48 | Master... three of those four things cannot be blamed on RDGC.The AGM and placing date is the only company gaffe, if it is one. Those who took part in the IPO or placing are free to sell at any point they want. It's their money, and RDGC have what they need in terms of their original cash.Another of the placees increased by 1%.John Mahtani still holds over 20 million, and cannot sell any more, as he will lose face with his new investors.Ashok Patel also holds close to 30 million. The company is over valued versus it's cash position, but MAY be massively underestimated against its enterprise value. | festario
24/3/2021 23:02 | Too many problems accumulating in this company at the moment, and all started on brokers in charge of the last placing, choosing Fake buyers like the Edwards and B. Reynols ( only in for the cheap placing 0.40p ) and then sale for a profit. Placing date and AGM too far apart to be approved was another factor and led to placees selling short ahead of receiving the shares. John Mahtani reducing by 1% did not help either ( reason already explain ) today's CCAP ( another stock in the same sector Spac ), reaching close to the date 6 months and no deal yet. | master rsi
24/3/2021 22:37 | In this fragile Market after Spac CCAP negative news today, has taken the toll over here once again. | master rsi
24/3/2021 17:04 | Who knows. We've seen TR1s for increasing and decreasing over the weeks | lennonsalive
24/3/2021 16:59 | Reducing TR1s incoming? | onsideman
24/3/2021 12:30 | Thank you for the clarification as it's always worrying to see one's investment go down. I managed to average down at 2.00p which I thought was the bottom. As you say, plenty of confidence in management pulling off a decent rto. We'll then be wishing we'd topped up at these silly prices. | dungraftin
24/3/2021 12:23 | All that has happened here today is people panicking about the failure of another SPAC, that being CCAP to get a RTO done before it's deadline. That is theoretically possible in any SPAC.... and therefore could happen here. However, this is an entirely different management team, with an entirely different track record. If I had spare funds I'd be buying now.Sadly I've been averaging down since 2.8p, which I believed, wrongly, was the bottom. | festario |
