They don't even have 3 months. Fri 4th June is the deadline. It's mid April already and they haven't even got past the preliminary discussion phase after nearly 6 months. I note John Mahtani et al have gone very quiet.

I understand they have a legal requirement to be complicit with their RNSs but such prolonged deliberations to assume nothing of any investment value, it seems we have been played here with our own expectations...

Furthermore, I only invested on the 8th and yet I am down over £8k with my investment here...The RTO is definitely game over but they state other options, those obviously are not to the interests of investors then...

Very disappointed with the actions of the BoD here buddy...

As I understand it, the company are required to make clarification announcements at times, and in RNS's they cannot make false claims.So, they are 50% of the way to the cash shell deadline for taking investment action, they seem to have been compelled to state their position by the nomad.It's disappointing to see that they have not progressed past preliminary discussions, but they have three months to do so.It's not pleasing to read, but neither is it game over.

I'm too am beginning to think my investment here was somewhat premature, why issue such a disappointing RNS at this late stage, I'm starting to wonder whether we have 'Monkeys' at the helm here...

Still well overpriced....do not listen to the rampers....as Ebomber says...the fair price is less than .50p. JM and friends are rampers imo.

Thought this mgmt team were meant to be good? But they can't find decent rto candidates and/or can't progress talks with them? Utterly pathetic! Did they not have the WeWork CEO's email address?

Bottom line is the dream is over for another AAA. The RNS is very very clear that at 1.5p the BOD felt this was well over-Valued, even spelling out for investors the NAV is 0.4p. They really couldn't have been clearer. The most disappointing thing for me is that after months, discussions haven't got past the preliminary stage. It's a poor show from many different angles.
