Correct giant steps but this is a profitable, cash generative business - it could have paid for the shares in the market and handed them to the directors at their desired 11.5p.

Rememeber wanting to take 11,5p is not exactly a charitable move - they already hold a decent amount of shares and any success in trying to set a floor on the market price in this way will financially benefit them more as appose to taking the paper at the prevailling price.

Yes okay its net positive. Just wouldnt want the share count to go materially higher when the equity is as undervalued as i perceive it to be.

Mixed news today. Good that the directors want stock and are happy to convert at material premium to the current share price but bad that they are issuing still very cheap equity.

A conclusive break of 10p would be probably be a good sign of things to come.
