Why is it exciting?YuMe has static turnover and has been stripped bare by vultures.Only the very stupid R1 BoD would buy it.

The acquisition is very exciting and the combined entity a completely different animal. Well done the BOD of both companies a lot of hard work for many months to pull this off! The share price should respond positively in the medium term though a few games probably still to be played.

At yesterdays closing price, market cap of 208 million.The dilution is disappointing. I hope the YuMe acquisition proves to be worth it.

I think the arb ought to go to close to zero today assuming they do announce success on the tender.

Don't know what that would mean for further trading pre-close. I presume (and hope) there would be a day or two at least of trading to allow those that want to unwind (or take) positions.

I would have thought so, but probably not until after 8am UK time given that's when the offer expires (midnight Pacific Time).

There must be a real possibility that they try to close out now without extending the offer if they have the 50%. I can't imagine the Aim approval is going to take long, so provided YuMe have enough cash on the books and there has been no material adverse change they might be good to close.

Looks like the SEC has now declared the Registration Statement effective, so we now have the final F4. Just in time, so things could move quickly now if they have the 50% tendered.
