Within last year, we've had...CFO leave, replaced by BM's friend from PVMG.BM, CEO, leaveChairman leave, if Yume deal goes throughBM's friend CFO leave, replaced by ex-CFO...not a settled continued environment for a company supposedly doing well...

Or could it have been Eric Singer insisting on the change? He would have seen Ed in action during the earlier negotiations I presume and so is likely to have had direct experience of both.

They didn't bring Rich to the AGM. When I queried this I was told it was a difference in custom between US and UK companies. Even at the time that wasn't very convincing and in hindsight perhaps it was an indicator of some interpersonal tension at the top.
