23/8/2017 15:59 | from the above link... "The transaction is the latest in the ongoing round of mergers and acquisitions in the ever-evolving adtech sector, with recent weeks witnessing the sale of nToggle to Rubicon Project. This period also saw fellow publicly-listed outfit Rocket Fuel agreeing a sale to Sizmek, Outbrain purchasing Zemanta, plus Tremor Video selling the demand-side platform area of its business to Taptica. Meanwhile, Media iQ struck a similar deal to DoubleVerify’s move with a significant investment from private equity house ECI Partners." | sikhthetech
23/8/2017 15:56 | Following on from RF's sale another M&A... More adtech M&A as DoubleVerify sells majority stake to Providence Equity Partners "The terms of the transaction have not been publicly disclosed by either party, but media reports have pegged the financial value of the deal at $200m. The DoubleVerify management team is set to continue in its existing guise once the transaction has been closed, with Desmond having been appointed lead director of its board." | sikhthetech
23/8/2017 15:53 | Quite credible. What's the lol all about? You're a weird one. | lance corporal winstanley ash
23/8/2017 15:51 | LCWA, both share price slid after RF sale... could it be credible to say that it was RF's sale at a low sp, which was the reason for the share price slide for both... or is that not possible... lol | sikhthetech
23/8/2017 15:50 | Gordon - a lot of interest ah? All rather fun.. | barkboo
23/8/2017 15:47 | The transaction for today's rns is 7th Aug, which pre-dates the transaction for the rns issued on 14th Aug. Today's shows they went from 24.698m to 24.886m on 7th Aug The 14th shows they went from 24.704m to 25.004m on 14th Aug Today's has another fund in it (a small holding by Elixir) and a lower amount for the Prospective fund. Both show them crossing the 5% threshold! Perhaps they crossed the 5% threshold on 7th giving a holdings notice on 14th which R1 missed (because there were 2 on the same day), then dipped below 5% before crossing 5% again on 14th with the holdings notice which R1 published on 14th. Anyway, looks like someone dropped the ball somewhere. I'm tempted to ignore today's and treat the one from the 14th as the latest position. | 1gw
23/8/2017 15:37 | added .00168% up to 5.02% from 5.042% | football

23/8/2017 15:34 | "Things getting a little interesting - I wonder if there will be an rns shortly?" That was a bit of luck? lol I'm glad I always get it wrong Slap Head. | barkboo
23/8/2017 15:29 | Why another RNS today ? | wheeze

23/8/2017 14:58 | I have a feeling that a couple of faces want this share price up - right here, right now! I'm hearing that there is a few quid going on this afternoon - whats the time? Gangsters still trying to keep the lid......interesting | barkboo

23/8/2017 13:45 | Agree 1gw. Problem I have is, this would be yet another British company lost. We cant seem to grow anything anymore. The moment a company shows sign of promise someone snaps it up. Not complaining mind, but having received Arris paper for my Pace plc shares still rankles. | wheeze
23/8/2017 13:39 | Thinking about it, if R1 and YuMe were to get together they might well want to keep the YuMe US listing and ditch the R1 AIM listing. That would presumably mean billing it as a near "merger of equals" and exchanging R1 paper for YuMe paper. | 1gw
23/8/2017 13:03 | Why's it interesting? | lance corporal winstanley ash
23/8/2017 12:43 | A consolidation with or of YUME would make them bigger but with 1R they would cleanse all their inventory.A unique proposition indeed?Something definitely happening here.Keep it in mind also any proposed merger may bring about a direct bidding war for the purchase of 1R at a premium price well above its current valuation. | kendonagasaki
23/8/2017 12:42 | Lance Corporal all I remember was talking to Brian at the AGM and he said or intimated that there was something quite right when they did due diligence about them/Yume so no deal was done, but who knows if the price is cheap enough you'll never know | football

23/8/2017 12:38 | Someone grabbed circa 400k shares, it would appear. Something is on the boiler. I assume that it is maybe Amazon knocking at the door.... | stocky |
