05/5/2017 17:35 | Yes. According to the Perk circular, AVG held 3,333,330 Perk shares (18%), and the R1 deal was to exchange each Perk share for 4.5116 R1 shares. So 3,333,330 x 4.5116 = 15,038,652 R1 shares, which is the number in today's holdings notice. | 1gw | |
