Not great business overall there wheeze - bit of a hit, but I dont think unexpected. After hours rns, trading update to come shortly and end of financial year.

Some would say a win treble!

We are doing ok my friend - that's my take.

yes, apart from the lost income, the price they achieved is abysmal... just $3.5m with only $1m paid up front...

They bought PMVG just over 5 yrs ago for $36m and now sold for 1/10th of that price...
how BM must feel selling his baby for peanuts..

Prime Visibility sold for $3.5m.. $1m cash plus $2.5m interest bearing vendor note payable over 3 years...


PV generated $22m revenue & $1.3m adjusted EBITDA in fy2016...

that's a big chunk of revenue gone..
