Andy,

My thoughts aswell. Aggressive closing on that day and 1% off the short, maybe same today.

Perhaps it's time to finally go long.

The first of the big trades was at 14.33 so probably US based? Three big ones in about 15 minutes. All off book.

dyardley, note the total volume on the last high volume day in October (~1.5m). Then average SoL for October down 1.09m.

Forced redemption for Tosca I believe. Nothing company specific

That’s quite some offload or more likely churn today. Would love to know what is driving it.

"I now have an area from 160p-200p which could prove to be a short term range."
"Gap downs are always a concern and two in one day without news i find relatively unusual."

I think one of you asked for an opinion after Friday's action. There were two chart gaps on Friday, drops of about 5p to 177p in the morning which was filled before the sharper gap down in the afternoon of about 10p from 180.
That secondary one wasn't filled but it has been largely now, which should be a relief to holders, it now seems it may have been a bear trap. (That is why i use consecutive closes and margin of error to avoid being sucked in by these sudden apparent swings, a method which isn't always successful but does reduce the risk).

In chart terms this is a pivotal point, the stock is oversold from 240p and due some sort of a bounce, but support of 195 now becomes resistance. Volumes were strong on friday. I now have an area from 160p-200p which could prove to be a short term range.

But it is now more difficult to call than previously, and i am much less confident than in previous posts. Gap downs are always a concern and two in one day without news i find relatively unusual. I will keep monitoring.

Sikh - may I congratulate you on the thread here, especially all the info at the top, which is most helpful.

May I ask if you have a position here. As we're hitting new lows it seems, do you have a view on a good entry point?
