Many thanks to Brassneck LSE for pointing out yet again the inconsistencies and one-sided conversations sikhthetech bombards multiple BB's with.

If we compare TLY where he still has a long position and is losing a substantial amount of money..he is a 24/7 ramper, verses RTHM were he already has lost a substancial amount of money and now has a short position - is 24/7 negative.

Although this kinda behaviour from rags is very annoying to investors like myself, and the many others on various sites - it is great to see that nobody believes him.

I see Gowlane name has popped up on the LSE..interesting to see Gowlane has admitted losing everything on RTHM, and is starting again with a long position on TLY. lol

Stt consistencyWed 17:44Stt, don’t worry, I won’t mention gowlane’s 15m forecast in this note but you do make me laugh. With R1 you post continuously on multiple boards even though you don’t own shares. TLY release their results and you don’t seem to post anything on their board but do on the ADVFN RTHM board where you say they were good results. R1’s results were lambasted by you. It looks to me that TLY reported PBT of 2.1m but that included 1.2m acquisition costs and a one off 6.5m gain so really a 3.2m loss, and that ignores the impairment on wasted development costs (no mention of that either whereas any impairment at R1 is end of the world stuff). R1 made a PBT loss of 14m but that included 14m of acquisition costs. Both businesses are trying to grow through acquisition and organic growth, both have been loss making. I could understand if you were constantly posting negative stuff on the TLY board but you seem to view similar businesses in similar stages of development as completely different prospects. Bizarre. I can only summise that you crystallised a big loss on RTHM and are yet to crystallise one on TLY, at which point they’ll be in for the same treatment. By the way, I hope you don’t make a loss on TLY but that you are more balanced on RHTM. Perhaps this weeks trading update will give you the opportunity to turn over a new leaf?"

So how do you get your hands on blnx.....you circle it,you know it’s technology was masterminded by some of the brightest engineers in the business, you know how valuable that application could be because you have by your side the hp head of acquisitions fresh from the Autonomy deal.....the front door is locked at blnx, morphing into R1 but what is it that R1 covets and have tried to buy and been rebuffed?....ah Yume!!....could be a way in there?....soften the Yume share price take a very large stake!!....larger than the normal viex company stake, get interest generated again from R1,don’t put up too much resistance, grease up the other YuMe investors so it appears a no brainer...make sure you have a cash and share deal, so you’ve got a good controlling stake in the company your really after then wham...sign up,job done....you now have under your belt R1/Yume and many many millions of dollars worth of acquisitions and technology........

Now where do we go ???....

All my humble opinion of course........

When you get a minute today have a look at the historic Yume share price graph....crashes from $6 to $2.50 then Viex takes a 15% chunk.....perfect timing??....lol....then the new Yume captain accepts $3.80 from R1 cash and of course a freshly laid egg of R1 stock!!....you really can’t make this stuff up the guy is a genius......from taking Yume to taking R1 all in the space of 16 months!!

Just for the record I am out. The reasons for this decision:
I only originally bought as a short term trade for the Miton bounce, that came and went in a flash. I did manage to make a tidy profit but was left with 90k shs that were soon under water. Having bought an additional 100k as 21.3p when the opportunity came to offload all between 23. – 24p yesterday to make a small profit I was happy to do so.
The bull case has been posted time and time again on here. However, I do not like the state of the balance sheet one bit, and when I see so many going concern disclaimers at the bottom of results it always makes me nervous. The margins appear to be wafer thin. So by cherry picking they have managed to improve these slightly. But healthcare budgets are constantly being squeezed, so this could easily go the other way.
I also don’t like the short term nature of the contracts. You keep having to renew them just to stand still.
And one final point when something generally seems too good to be true (as everyone posting on here would have all to believe) it generally is.
There are some good posters on this thread who more often than not call these things right. So I wish you good fortune.

TBF,

Thanks for your concerns and good luck...

For me, the results were good news. Up until yesterday, we didn't know exactly how Vocare was performing... The results provide some clarity and something to measure future performance against...
