Same philosophy as Ashcroft. As andrew wilson, chairman of IPEL told me, ashcroft doesn't fill the market with rubbish.

Skinner once told me he wasn't interested in creating investor noise in so many words, if he got the performance right the share price would speak for itself, he was bang on, i've always liked his style.

Just follow the trend.

Still nice & quiet on here, even after a great set up results. Very much under the radar / 'unfashionable'..... My kind of share

Happy trading channels awhile longer here. Btw if that is AFRIAG it's like investing in marmite.

Whilst RST has been very good for me, I am now ready to start moving on. I believe my next cash cow that will keep on giving is AFRI.

Possibly, dipped slightly below uptrend.

"Question for the board here - is there a risk that medium term growth in records management could be hindered by the slow but inevitable move to paperless environments with electronic records taking over?"

Well I'd say Skinner thinks not.

Question for the board here - is there a risk that medium term growth in records management could be hindered by the slow but inevitable move to paperless environments with electronic records taking over? Appreciate this risk has probably been around for a while but I know a council I work with has just gone paperless for example.

LOL Hjfe, I'm trading the chart in smaller quants more of late, as can't resist coming back, but I didn't sell today. Looks like the brakes came off after L&G took some profit.

As a long term holder I am expecting the consolidation strategy of Skinner to show through in the 2nd September numbers. Great management with a high margin in demand product. Skinner has purchased cheap assets when the economy was in decline. Ashcroft association will not hurt any market sentiment. This share reminds me of Ashcroft and Impellam. Share price 30p, 2 years later share price 360p. Good luck to all.

Riggerz - I've learnt to keep this below the radar - it always goes down when I pipe up!

This has been very good to me since the old MVW days...........

Restore plc - half-year trading update
phoenix1234

Mindful of the comments below from the year end results, the fact that this is a stable growing business, EPS in 2012/13 of 7.2p and likely to be 10p+ this year at current growth levels, a trading update due in a couple of weeks....and the share price coming back down to the trend line, I've added today.

BTW looked at Office2Office results recently and this is a very different kettle of fish..... not looking at consumables where the customer can easily switch supply..... but document storage where long term relationships are the norm, and acquisition is therefore a key strategy for growth.

Commenting on the results, Charles Skinner, Chief Executive, said:

"Our financial results reflect the strong progress we made both operationally and strategically in 2012.

We delivered further profitable growth, secured market leadership in office relocation, and exited non-core activities, leaving Restore focused on office services in line with our long-term plan.

2013 has started in line with our expectations. Our Document Management division continues to perform strongly and we expect an improvement in operating margins in our Office Relocation division on the back of a lower cost base.

We will continue to pursue our strategy of organic and acquisitive growth and we look forward to making further strong progress this year."
