More attractive to an overseas buyer now as well with the pound much weaker.

Agree, even at their bottom end FY16 forecast this is worth at least 350 - 400DD

Just massively oversold and the inevitable correction when common sense sets in.

Interesting link philanderer because although 2.8% overall it says of retail parks, where RTN prides itself in having most of its F&Bs:

"The deterioration for retail parks was down 1 per cent, the first drop since December 2013".

Yet the RTN report on 2015 says:

"...we saw weaker consumer demand exacerbated by floods in the North of the country and lower retail footfall".

and

"Frankie & Benny's is the most exposed to some of the underlying challenges around retail footfall"

So who is kidding whom?

Visits to shopping centres, high streets and retail parks fell 2.8 per cent over last four weeks, in weakest result for two years

More than happy to hold; still think a very attractive acquisition esp for US outfit given dollar strength

The rise is gathering pace, even 300p target short term looks a bit stingy? 330p level looks more appropriate. All stocks on my list rising strongly now after hard falls, RTN takes a bit longer it seems. ..

No reason I see for RTN not to continue to recover from a ridiculous fall after brexit.

The market has failed to realise a weaker pound means more tourists and domestic holiday makers.
