11/10/2010 12:31 | there may have been a large buy which has been delayed in terms of publication to market. its strange for price to rise this much on such low volume. | london calling
11/10/2010 12:20 | 52,000 on the plus and about the same on main market. Not huge volume, so what else is driving this? Bid rumour? I don't know - but something is happening. Any info anyone? | albie two shoes
11/10/2010 12:11 | Off to the races, finally has been sleeping long enough during the market rally of the past few months, I expect its now attracting investor interest as the market attention broadens out, unless of course we have something more exciting ie a target to be taken out? Albie Two Shoes... (JSJS) double your cash at least! | ny boy
11/10/2010 12:09 | I think we can officially say that this is unusual movement. | albie two shoes

11/10/2010 10:29 | Strange to see this sort of rise at Renold. Let's hope it continues. We need to break 28p on the chart to confirm the upward trend and 30p is key support. | goliard
11/10/2010 10:23 | Last interim statement was mid November last year - could be revving up for this years? | albie two shoes
11/10/2010 10:02 | Looks like this one is slowly turning north again, could be in for a nice overdue run? | ny boy
01/10/2010 17:41 | well a strong finish...who'd a thought it from the early fall. | sleveen
01/10/2010 09:02 | I would have expected their recovery to continue but they release so little info other than that which they're obliged to its like reading a closed book. I might think about jumping back in if it hits 23p, support here and it looks cheap again ( seems this is range bound 23-28p) | dhracer
01/10/2010 08:28 | The previously stated outlook in July was positive - "On 8 June 2010 the Company announced its results for the year ended 31 March 2010 and commented that the final quarter of that year revealed an encouraging trend in sales growth. This sales growth has continued through the first quarter of the current year resulting in a profit for the first quarter well ahead of the Board's expectations. Order intake for the quarter has exceeded sales leading to an increased order book and a more favourable outlook for the half year to 30 September 2010. Sales visibility beyond the half year is limited and with uncertain macro-economic conditions we remain cautious as to the extent which this much improved momentum will be maintained in the second half of the year." The share price would suggest "much improved momentum" may not have been maintained. Any other thoughts? | +eysenck
30/9/2010 19:04 | I sold yesterday, with a view to buying lower of poss. | sleveen
30/9/2010 10:12 | I'm out, long term this may come good but I've lost patience here for the moment as it's not moving quickly enough for me (Que rise above 30 tomorrow). Gl all. | dhracer
30/9/2010 08:37 | I see that our new finance director has been awarded c. 700k share options exercisable at 27.25p. What exactly has he done for the shareholders in order to be the recipient of such largesse? This sort of cavalier treatment of shareholders' money demonstrates the unacceptable face of capitalism. I expect the excuse will be that it was part of the job negotiations. | cs44
24/9/2010 17:14 | mmickyboy Thanks for the link GM | guy martin
22/9/2010 10:37 | Gone into auction again this morning, hmmm. | chadders
21/9/2010 11:08 | Could be a shortage of stock if this went into auction for 3000 shares. | chadders
21/9/2010 08:51 | Bodes well. A new Director buys shares, CEO places loads in his SIPP and a very upbeat July IMS. Should start to see confidence returning. DYOR. | chadders
21/9/2010 08:04 | 50,000 @ 28.5 about £14k | +eysenck
21/9/2010 07:08 | What's this, a Director buying shares, with his own money, at full market price? I'm in shock! | ravenna23 |
