23/11/2010 09:03 | Surely the key point in today´s announcement is the target date for the achievement of a 10% margin on sales. Obviously the peeps who bought in yesterday on the back of the Schwartz article are rushing for the exit this morning, but once serious investors have had time to consider the implications of the 10% margin comment then I have no doubt that we will leave the 30s behind. Remember that current broker forecasts are only factoring in a 6.7% margin for the coming year - either there is going to be a massive lift in margins the year after or these broker forecasts are too low. Chartwise too the stock looks right for a run - 34/35 should now be a strong support level. And longer term there is always the prospect of a bid for the Company given that it is modestly valued,is an undisputed leader in its field, and has a potentially weak major shareholder on its register in the shape of Hanover. | mesquida
23/11/2010 08:41 | Slightly off-thread. I was watching for the interim results today of both RNO and CML, both in recovery mode from deep recession. CML has without doubt the better looking numbers (big turnaround to profit and turned from net debt to positive cash balance) and despite a 100% share price run-up in 3 months has been marked up again today. If RNO is disappointing you, a look at CML may be a worthwhile alternative. Forward PER could be in single figures depending on broker upgrades. Thinly traded so MM's take a while to catch up with events. | bones
23/11/2010 08:30 | I think the EPS is disappointing. If RNO earn 2 PPS that gives a forward PE of 17, fairly high IMHO | sleveen
23/11/2010 08:25 | Market makers want your stock on the cheap....dont be taken in by their tricks be more clever and DONT sell......if nobody sells tbhey will have to mark the share back up.......learn how market makers work to fool you | sagem

23/11/2010 08:22 | the general market is taking it's toll everywhere today too, good results or bad! | andyh21
23/11/2010 08:21 | It simply went the way the market makers wanted it to. They marked it down and then came some sells. If they marked it up it would have been mainly buys. Quite clever really. | thecroots
23/11/2010 08:18 | Dont think so look at the pension and extra debts, take another look in 5 months im out again The company has a cap of nearly 80m | tom111
23/11/2010 08:13 | WOW.....Now what a buying opportunity. now totally undervalued. Market makers tricks dont be taken in buy dont sell | sagem
23/11/2010 08:11 | Hmmm, Thought they'd be up at open? | thecroots

23/11/2010 07:42 | Shame they release good results on a day when North Korea decides to get frisky! Global markets a tad volatile especially as we have the long Thanks giving holiday weekend coming in the US. Thin volumes could see erratic trading across the board. By all accounts we should be hitting the 40's but maybe it's on hold today with news elsewhere taking centre stage. | ny boy
23/11/2010 07:41 | 22m goodwill of 35m of shareholders funds i.e net tangible assets 13m against 85m market cap 27m debt 87m pension deficit no net cash flow do the math! | ydderf
23/11/2010 07:38 | I dont care if he does. I'm not selling just yet. It's a recovery play for me, not a trade. Even you, can't deny it a lovely looking play from the chart! | thecroots |
