27/11/2018 15:44 | might be worthwhile checking your facts, before posting, Gnawe | eentweedrie
27/11/2018 09:44 | Nope..financial year..https://www.ft | dplewis1
27/11/2018 09:37 | Absolute rubbish. Clearance could come at any time. They have said they will not run full production this year. Not financial year. | gnawe
27/11/2018 08:41 | Thanks for stepping in there tax I didn't check back here after I posted. Wonder if this will dip to the 30's while they piddle about getting this soil issue fixed? I'd certainly be tempted to buy more with a nice 7%+ yield coming. | dplewis1
26/11/2018 23:24 | The four months comes from their guidance ...ruling out profits from ATM for the rest of the financial year, | taximania
26/11/2018 11:21 | So where does the 4 months come from, make it as you go along? | gnawe
26/11/2018 10:44 | The actual issue hasn't been provided, just that the regulator wanted to do more analysis on the soil before giving the green light. Pretty outrageous that it's going to take at least another 4 months..it was supposed to be fully operational by now. But yes, should provide a significant uplift as they can start selling the stockpiles as soon as the restriction is lifted. | dplewis1
26/11/2018 10:24 | Does anybody know of the actual issues for the Regulator delaying the ATM roll out? It isn't a unique process to RWI after all and on the face of it is a reasonably straightforward system of applying heat to the contaminated soil and containing the hydrocarbons released. If so, then it should only be a matter of time before agreement is reached with the obvious positive effect on the share price | warranty
15/11/2018 19:44 | ic note: Selldo the opposite of wht they say and you will flourish!! | eentweedrie
14/11/2018 08:38 | 10 years tardes line, see support at 35--40 p area. | jdung
13/11/2018 11:01 | Ex div at month could see another leg with income holders then exiting. Wait and watch till then maybe. | its the oxman
13/11/2018 08:22 | i think you are right, 40 - 42 looks a good point for re-entry but best to wait for the next ATM update. Risk / Reward... | eentweedrie
12/11/2018 18:58 | I just have the original tranch , thought about more at4 5 but didnt get them , have a limit buy at 41.4 but in reality the time to buy will be the day ATM is given the go ahead as that then brings the 36m per annum back into the fold , probably better to wait until the announcement and get back in even if its risen a little on the day.Im just holding on to the original regardless tho , collect a year or two of divis if i have to. | taximania
12/11/2018 18:16 | Agreed, still worth monitoring, damn shame about ATM though.Reckon this still has further to fall though imo | eentweedrie
12/11/2018 17:17 | As is standard though, the market tends to overreact in both directions so there will be a point where this becomes quite a solid buy. The market cap of the combined group is less than the purchase price of van gansewinkel and they are in a growing market with a maintained divi. Certainly worth monitoring closely. | dplewis1
12/11/2018 15:34 | sad to see but as I mentioned previously this drop was always inevitable after that IS...aimo | eentweedrie
08/11/2018 22:58 | And he also says in the presentation that they have already written off the soil earnings for this year so any early resolution will help no doubt.Im not planning to buy any more unless we go back to 44 which seems doubtful....well not before 08-45 tomorrow at least -) | taximania
08/11/2018 16:31 | The investor presentation is quite reassuring on the ATM issue. "Technical and legal dialogue continuing at pace at all levels" as well as the backlog of contaminated soil at customer sites requiring treatment makes me think they'll get this sorted. | dplewis1
08/11/2018 12:24 | well timed - looks like the momentum will be downwards from now. | eentweedrie
08/11/2018 12:04 | lol was positive as the company tu's made out that all was on track when it turns out that it perhaps wasn't. this sort of cancels out the gain i made from the late 60s to 80s but might take a look at entering again when its 40p as a longer term hold | eentweedrie
08/11/2018 11:58 | It's effectively now back to where it was before the IC tip. Snore..should have bought some in the mid 40's! | dplewis1
08/11/2018 11:57 | If you read my post ,the words were that it "may not turn out to be that significant" which is rather different. EEntweedrie has been posting optimistically all the way down from 80p and now is suddenly speaking with a different tongue. So not sure the opinion has much value.... | wad collector
08/11/2018 11:56 | sold first 8k at 50.1 | taximania
08/11/2018 11:33 | Not sure who said it wasn't significant but of course it is, my point is everything has come in flat and will probably remain so , this statement predicts no further soid sales this year so i guess the price is now discounted due to that...any resumption of sales should help to the tune of a minimum of 3m per month...you pays your money and takes your choice i guess ...don't want to tempt fate but i can sell the last lot soon and be left pretty much where i started the day ...i hope! interesting timing on the news from the regulator tho lol. | taximania
08/11/2018 11:09 | not significant? they are losing 3m a month in rev by having to curtail the soil supply. I'm afraid this is likely to see the early 40's soon, def a value trap imo | eentweedrie |
