17/3/2022 21:46 | Yes I spotted that, and wondered if that formula takes you straight to the price being paid then why don't they just print the £ in the first place. I am so annoyed and uncomfortable with this I will not be investing, I am out. | marktime1231
17/3/2022 21:16 | marktime 663. agree. but does this comment from the start of the RNS help you to get to a likely price? "...Hornsea One will represent approximately 8% of TRIG's portfolio, by value." | melody9999
17/3/2022 21:11 | The challenge with companies like TRIG is that managent 'sits' on the share price by growing AuM whenever they can. The price history of equity raises over the past five years has been:103105107110114 | smidge21
17/3/2022 13:19 | Spot on. Because you have to wonder how much this sort of asset has gone up in value over the last month given current power pricing. Clearly there is a willing buyer and a willing seller and I can't see the seller letting it go in this market unless they get paid a generous price. My worry is that TRIG are using the premium to NAV to chase assets at high prices. | cc2014

17/3/2022 11:03 | Apply via Primary Bid, and get the price you are given. Not ideal, but you at least know it’s 130p minimum and price will be equal across all shares issued. Plus no stamp duty payable. | mrcontrarian1

29/1/2022 09:51 | I was watching Kate Humbles coastal walks last night, and she was saying wind turbines are good for animal seaside especially grey seals in Scotland, they act as good feeding grounds. So it good to see companies like Trig and UKW contribute to sea life. Should attract alot of green fund managers... | igoe104
29/1/2022 09:36 | Long-term hold for me, happy to keep picking up £300 odd every quarter.. Just like UKW and Grid... | igoe104

08/12/2021 09:14 | I sold out yesterday for no major reason but to have a bit more money on the sidelines if there are any bargains. Including dividends I made about 10% in the year I held. I'll watch and IF the share price drops to ~125p may come back in again. This is a very solid investment and I can see how for those people looking for steady returns this is a very good investment. I personally felt the premium to NAV was reasonably high at the moment and it represented a good time to exit. It's certainly been windy of late though...Good luck all and I will watch from the sidelines. | pinemartin9 |
