Exactly my point Dog. Buy low sell high has always worked better for me.

What'll happen here tomorrow? We're still vaguely positive chart-wise, being out of that downtrend from June, that was. I always wonder who decides to sell at moments like these. 'Hmm,the shares have been going remorselessly down for months but now look more than likely to start picking up again, so, what shall I do.I know, why not sell at the lows : there's still time'.

freddieboy, re your one above, 5041, at the end of the day the share price is 'unchanged', apparently,at 2.62p,there having been one tiny deal at 2.59999p, but with all the others down at 2.53 or less. All showing as sells too, though you had that discussion yesterday. An interesting day.At least there were a few trades, & that recent downtrend appears to be broken.

Thanks, timbo. I wasn't very happy about the most important page, Milestones. Data availability seems to have been pushed far into the future. It seems that very little of substance is coming out next year. Manana, manana and another fund-raising before we see any product sales.

Ym Methinks one or two of the big ones were buys. With such a right spread its possible they balanced out the sells. Either way I guess it academic. Looking forward to a steady rise as soon as speculation of iminent news starts drifting through. Best wishes. Freddie

Hi Freddie. I use Hargreaves for all my portfolios. Looking at their " recent trades "section it showed everything today as sells. All small trades.
I just find it hard to comprehend the rational behind it.

My experience is that the indicators are rarely right in distinguishing sells and buys in this stock - even more than other stocks!!

I'm not reading all sells yachtmaster. I though trading is via a tight spread. I'd be interested to hear your views on the actual spread.
Incidentally, I got a quote for selling 1m earlier on and it wasn't that far removed from another quote for selling 100k.
Someone's after our stock and if so, at these prices, they can take a run and jump as far as I am concerned.
Best wishes.
Freddie

Nearly all sells today with small amounts. Hard to understand really as they can't be making much profit.

I'm with you, buffy. TA used to be hot back in the early 70's. A couple of funds started up back then using TA. They were a disaster.

I'm pleased, though, that his fan club is managing to halt the decline.

buffy - well I can only say that with a limited knowledge of TA I have def made money by using it (to a degree). This could simply be because quite a lot of other investors/traders also analyse it and draw similar conclusions and then act upon them.

Given the buying volume this morning, it would appear some people are listening to him.

I'd love to know how much money, if any, Zak Mir has made from his investments.

All of the professionals (OK, just three) I have spoken to say that it's absolute nonsense to use TA for small companies with a relatively low daily volume.

As for his claims in the post above, does the early bird comment relate to the operational situation or some chart pattern; and exactly what does 'bullish divergence' mean?

I find it astonishing that people are still able to peddle this nonsense, without any evidence whatsoever that it gives an investor information that enables them to profit from it.

ReNeuron ready to rally
Share
14:45 28 Oct 2016
The ‘King of Charts’ Zak Mir reckons ReNeuron Group Plc’s (LON:RENE) shares are set for a rally in the coming weeks after drifting lower over the past year or so.

In the latest segment of the TIP TV Proactive Bulletin Board series, Mir says that the fundamentals for the firm seem to be solid, and he expects the share price to benefit as a result.

“[There’s] an early bird opportunity here,” the technical analyst claims.

“[The chart shows] some bullish divergence there so that does suggest that [shares could] rally over the next few weeks.”

Good question Algernon. They want you to invest so need to make it a happy enjoyable memorable event but also need to ensure they are satisfied money is not wasted on lavish entertainment. So I too am interested in reply.
