Renx is trying desperately to get to grips with its debt load. It has just issued new shares to pay off existing debt to the tune of 1 million. It is not clear whether new or existing shareholders will benefit in any way from the issue of the new shares.

There should ideally be a market for testing but there is also a clear resistance from the public from actually being tested. The insurance companies simultaneously want testing prices brought down significantly from their highs. The testing market needs to be worked out first before things can be settled.

There is nearly no confidence in the Directors left & quite rightly so.

The share price would jump at ANY slightest sign of delivery, perhaps even up to 30p or 40p, but they are up against having failed in any of the expectations set in the past. Hot air has funded FDA approval, coverage wins, clear & concentrated focus on achieving majority coverage in Illinois & the VA for a year or two followed by dropping mention of both & Texas becoming the new IL now. & in the background the directors are secure.

The prospect of being taken private hangs heavily over it all - if their promises could not have been effectively an ill-informed ruse that financed intangibles so far it would be better but it can't be ruled out.

The John Hopkins man, Chirag Parikh, stepped down from his role as independent No n-Executive Director of Renalytix with immediate effect having been appointed 4 years ago on "compensation" of >$85k pa. Is that bad news! Could he have scruples over association over what they may be planning or is he just a saving overdue for the plan to make money in NY/WF/TX/IL/VA/or anywhere else?

How could they sound so lame over the hold up in payment in NY - why would they be happy to store up $250k in releasable provision against revenue to next quarter? How can they be so secure if they haven't got a back up plan?
