Well, a bit of a drop to start off with but this has legs! More profit taking, 2.2m vs 2.8m traded, and still running on gas.
Nice one.

Support at around 132p.

You may be waiting a long time..

Also, looking at Trades, buys vs sells are equal. Some profit takers but in equal numbers there are those who can see this as a buy, or continue holding.

"Goldman Sachs has restated its buy and reckons the shares are worth 195p each. Broker says: 'In our view, Regus will re-rate upwards, as the sustainability of growth in the cash generative workstation operation becomes increasingly apparent.
'While our 2007 EBIT estimate remains largely unchanged, reflecting 37% growth, we are raising our workstation growth estimates for 2008 and beyond (in 2008, from 8.6% to 15.2%)"

IMO tomorrow there will be some come down after todays rise, regaining next week. And as I mentioned before, the next resistance is around 145-160p, and if this is breached, 'mark ayers' question of 200p could be answered positively.
Positively from a long position that is!

Gone is the scepticism. Goldman Sachs is the latest to get bullish on this one ....there seems to be some momentum here

Hope you're right. It's appears the next resistance level (and eventual support..!) is around the 145-160p mark according to the charts.
These results should help it to at least this.

Beware the spivs are still operating - from FT Alpahville last Friday -

PM: The stock he was going to mention is Regus

PM: that's the serviced office group run by former hotdog seller mark Dixon

PM: Almost went under a little while back - but then made a dramatic recovery

NH: it has figures on Monday

NH: and the word is that they will be accompanied by "something"

PM: Hmmm - sounds interesting

NH: shares up 3.6% at 127.5p

PM: What do you think it could be?

NH: dunno. one theory is a bid

NH: which is not as crazy as it sounds

NH: Regus is pretty cash generative - 7% free cash flow yield - and it is valued around 11/12 times earnings

PM: What something from the US? - private equity perhaps?

PM: Could even call it infrastructure

NH: that's possible

PM: And there's plenty of cash sitting in infrastructure funds looking to be invested

NH: there is but............

NH: a couple of market pro's down here have warned me that this story is being put around by a famous former Regus shareholder

PM: Ah - think i get your drift

Why does User consensus bias towards 'Sell', when Brokers,FT,IC etc.., say it's a 'Buy'??
Is there something the professional world is missing that only the amateurs can see!!! (wouldn't be the first time!)

Personally I think it's a BUY. The charts say it all, and excellent results coming up too allegedly. At least 133.5p available, and hopefully with the good results this will break through, the next resistance being 145-160p.

Would be nice.

I would say they are delayed buys. Anything over the nms can be delayed up to an hour before being reported. Check back and the offer has risen from 15:45 onwards. That wouldn't be the case if someone had dumped 1.6m.

Daily Mail article today:-
'Office rental firm Regus' turnaround plan is finally paying off. The firm announced a maiden dividend of 0.6p, and Mark Dixon is confident about future prospects.
Regus (up 4p at 118.75p) said in a trading update that full year results would be in line with City forecasts, putting it on track to almost double pre-tax profits to £75m after adding more than a third to its office capacity. Sales in the last 11 months were up 47% to £617m.
Dixon reckons demand for flexible working will continue in all of its markets, including the US, Asia and Europe.'

CT, you still out there?

Profits and now dividends..........I never doubted it for a moment!

8-)

(Yet to prove how 'robust' the model is in an economic downturn, but doesn't look as if that's a problem to worry about for a while)
