"In line with our stated dividend policy, the Board is recommending a final dividend of 2.68 pence per ordinary share to be paid on 5 December 2014 to shareholders on the register on 7 November 2014. This gives a full year dividend of 4.0 pence per ordinary share, which represents a 60% increase on the prior year"

Sorry, didn't see above post

Too late Wanttowin, today is the Ex Divi date so you had to own the shares at close of business last night to qualify.

If you are chasing divi's, its usually best to buy into the share 5-6 weeks before Ex Divi date as the share usually climbs as it nears dividend time but will usually drop by a similar amount on Ex Divi date.

RGS was only paying 2.68p / share divi so you would need a fair tranch to make anything of it.

Try MTEC, ASY or similar for a better divi that will be Ex Divi tomorrow if thats your play. You can buy them today and sell tomorrow and qualify for divi. If yer feeling a bit flush theres the like of RDSA that go Ex Divi on 13/11/2014 but pay $0.47 divi but you'll need a few quid at £21.55 per share currently !

I am not an advisor so always DYOR - just thinking out loud for you !

Blancco to demonstrate market's most advanced data erasure technologies for International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers

ATLANTA, October 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

This year, Coca-Cola revealed that 74,000 personal records were compromised by the theft of computers set for disposal. At the IAITAM Fall ACE 2014 conference in Sandusky, Ohio, from November 4-6, IT asset managers can learn how to safeguard against data breaches on devices set for reuse, recycling, or disposal with advanced data erasure from Blancco, the global leader in data erasure and computer reuse solutions.

"Lost or stolen devices affect nearly 58 percent of U.S. enterprises with 10,000-plus employees, according to a recent Compliance Standards poll, and the Coca-Cola breach highlights data vulnerability at equipment lifecycle transition points," said Heidi Williams, Marketing Manager, Blancco. "Secure data erasure with auditable reports for compliance should be a regular data housekeeping practice, regardless of device, platform or physical location throughout an asset's lifecycle."

At Booth 14 of the Kalahari Resort, Blancco will showcase data erasure best practices for workstations, servers, mobile devices, mass storage and SSDs. The company will demonstrate how Blancco 5, combined with Blancco Management Console 3 for centralized license and erasure report management, supports chain-of-custody tracking with a complete audit trail.

In addition, Brandon Traffanstedt, Product Specialist for Blancco, will present "The Branch Office Dilemma: Managing the Remote Erasure of IT Assets," on Tuesday, November 4 at 10:00 am. The session explores cost-effective remote data erasure deployment, including USB/CD- and MSI-based delivery, for branch offices with limited technical staffing."

Cheers, good to see the Naked Trader buying in to RGS.

More information is available at www.blancco.com.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, October 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

Recognizing the importance of protecting customer data, U Mobile incorporates Blancco's industry leading data erasure technology

Consumers who take advantage of trade-in programs for mobile devices are often unaware that factory resets will not remove all data from smartphones and tablets. Blancco, the global leader in data erasure and computer reuse solutions, is now partnering with U Mobile Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's most dynamic and innovative telco, to offer Malaysia's first trade-in program for mobile devices with services for complete data erasure.

"Blancco develops the market's most advanced data erasure software, holding certifications and approvals around the world, and we are proud of our role in Southeast Asia's first mobile trade-in program with data erasure services," said Alan Puah, Managing Director for Blancco Southeast Asia. "Consumers looking to trade-up to the latest smartphone and tablet offerings can turn in old devices to U Mobile with peace of mind that all data will be removed."

Factory resets simply remove indexes to data, leaving data recoverable with simple tools. U Mobile's program incorporates Blancco Mobile, which works at a device's operating system level to overwrite and fully delete all data, while providing a report as proof.

Blancco Mobile is third-party tested and approved for data erasure by TÜV and DIPCOG and works with Android, iOS, Blackberry, Nokia Symbian and Windows platforms. It also adheres to requirements for data destruction set out by Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act."

I bought RGS after it announced £15 million in new contracts, it's been looking well oversold recently. The contract for RGS strengthens its position and it looks an interesting play to hit 250 and then 300 again. (NAKED TRADER) BR.

From today's Standard:

"Regenersis, which specialises in installing and repairing technology, surged 8.75p to 205.87p, with investors finally appreciating yesterday’s announcement of two new contracts with HTC and Sony Mobile.

Traders also pointed to a note from Panmure Gordon, which estimated the deals could be worth up to £15 million."

Moving nicely - overhang cleared?

Nice summary from that ED report above:

"Regenersis announces a slew of new business worth in excess of £15m pa (annualised) for its depot solutions division

These include repair and refurbishment contract with Sony Mobile in Mexico, another with HTC in Poland, and several new repair contracts for leading insurers to be completed in Poland and Romania

These significant competitive wins underpin our FY15 forecasts, which anticipate double digit organic top line growth with improving profit margins

We're unaware of any other UK stock that presently offers this level of consistent sales growth (FY15 would be the 6th year in a row) - yet can be purchased on such a modest 10.7x PER; falling to 9.3x once the distortive effects of the cash pile are stripped out."

Don't forget that ED is 'paid for' research, so not exactly neutral.

Having said that, I agree that RGS looks good value at the current price, and bought in last week.

I suspect that there is a large-ish seller currently holding the price at these levels, but this has created the recent buying opportunity.

Good news - particularly the Mexican contract with Sony. The repair contract with Sony for Spain announced in May must be going well as it seems the relationship is broadening.
