02/10/2014 12:42 | Very useful chaps, good stuff. That had slipped past me: | rivaldo
02/10/2014 12:05 | Two-day settlement means xd dates will now be Thursdays instead of Wednesdays (starting next week). | b1ggles
02/10/2014 10:26 | rivaldo - have the LSE not recently removed the requirement for XD dates to be a Wednesday? Thought I'd read this somewhere - I have Thursday as XD date in my diary for a couple of other shares I'm holding. | lollipop4
01/10/2014 10:53 | Thanks Rivaldo! | gohilster
01/10/2014 10:41 | Indeed Gohilster, the ex-div date will be Wednesday 5th November per this from the finals, i.e two days before the register date as usual - the FT must be wrong: "In line with our stated dividend policy, the Board is recommending a final dividend of 2.68 pence per ordinary share to be paid on 5 December 2014 to shareholders on the register on 7 November 2014. This gives a full year dividend of 4.0 pence per ordinary share, which represents a 60% increase on the prior year" | rivaldo
01/10/2014 10:16 | FT has ex div date of Thursday 6 Nov. But isn't ex div usually a Wednesday so shouldn't it be 5 Nov? Anyone able to shed some light on this please? | gohilster
30/9/2014 09:30 | Mentioned lightly in paulypilot's webcast: | manics
30/9/2014 09:20 | More MM games this morning, price lower and then rises | lennonsalive
29/9/2014 18:42 | Thanks for sharing El1te having looked again after your guidance looks a lot more promising. | clarea
28/9/2014 22:00 | Clarea - Operating profits did indeed decline to £0.5m as a result of restructuring and exceptional costs. These are costs that will not re-occur, so they can be stripped out to produce adjusted headline operating profits, which hit forecasts at £11m I had a quick scan of the document and the net debt of £13.8m was the position as at the end of December 2013 (as it says in brackets). The results £20.6m is the number at the end of June 2014, so is more up to date. There is now a net cash figure since there was a fundraising earlier in the year. The £20.6m figure is valid as of the end of June - cash payments of circa £3.6m have been made post-results, so the pro-forma cash balance is probably around £17m excluding any cash generation or further expenditure. Hope that clears it up El1te | el1te
28/9/2014 20:20 | After looking at the accounts am I right in thinking profits after costs were down to 0.5 mil. The other thing i cant't fathom is it says they have net debt of £13.8 mil but also net cash of £20.6 mil I thought a company could only have one or the other net debt or net cash. Any pointers appreciated but I'm thinking looks expensive ? Thanks | clarea
26/9/2014 18:47 | doubled up today, my recc is to keep your S/L a good deal away on this share. Small free float and I have been stopped out before on this one by sudden dives that then recover. See the huge spike in 14 Mar 13 for example. | rimmy2000
26/9/2014 15:29 | forwood - Give it a week or two to settle, but this recover strongly. Very low volume today though, which doesn't help when you have someone selling. | liam1om
26/9/2014 15:21 | Any time will do! below where the directors bought, significantly under the broker target, where are the buyers of a million shares at 250 when you want them! | forwood
26/9/2014 11:41 | Think it will move back up today also! | forwood
26/9/2014 10:22 | Lovely follow-through yesterday, especially after the director buying. As stated above, volumes are small on a quiet Friday. IMHO the share price will continue to move back nicely upwards over time. | rivaldo
26/9/2014 09:37 | I agree with forwood | lennonsalive
26/9/2014 09:04 | No volume though - down 6% on 55k. My feeling this is a retail MM tree shake to get back some of the shares they sold yesterday that they didn't have! | forwood
26/9/2014 08:59 | Not sure but if doesn't materialise then it's insta-ugly on the chart and RGS could be in trouble short term imo. | manics
26/9/2014 08:56 | Bit of a disappointment after yesterday. Where's the follow through? | forwood
25/9/2014 20:52 | Yep, followed the smart money. FD cleverer than me. | muffster
25/9/2014 12:59 | As Regenersis PLC Continues To Decline, Should You Buy In? | aishah
25/9/2014 12:48 | Fantastic - someone buying in big way. Already c 350k bought at 2.50 | forwood |
