Ali - I don't have any specific dates, I'm just looking at the news flow from last year. That would suggest that the results will be out towards the end of April

The final results will be due next month. I would guess that the next rns will include a notice of when the results will be issued. We may still get a trading update and/or some info on contracts etc, but at least we know the final results are due in about 5 weeks.

This, by any stretch of the imagination, is not late February.

I suspect, as said before, they're waiting on a project to come in to make up the numbers, could be wrong on that but when a company gives a clear time scale to release news, I expect them to abide by it.

Bit of an 'avoid' for me at present.

They did notify investors 'The Company expects to publish a trading update for the year ended 31 January 2018 in late February 2018.'

last year there was an update on 7 march- so does anyone have got a specific date please? irritating when small companies dont notify investors!

This is drifting down now. Wonder why they said in Jan that a trading update would be out in Feb? We need a good update sooner rather than later to restore confidence.

The company is profitable and has some prospective growth prospects, at present the whole shebang is worth 22m.

Would've thought it would be worth a bit more north of that.

I’m both confused and apprehensive. Update was due over a week ago, and yet still no news. Either there is an issue with their year end numbers, or they are trying to bundle up some good news, ie major contract win with the year end figures.
What does confuse me is that with the update a week overdue, the share price has been constantly ticking up with very small volumes, sells as well as buys.
Hopefully everything will become clear by the end of this week.
