steady on....Company will have another £5 million net of acquisition (earnings accretive immediately) in the bank and raising it at the mkt price. To properly grow this business, they will need to 'buy and build' really and they get hold of some new big clients here. I don't really see this as bad news at all - dilutive well yes but they got lots of dosh and the company remains very profitable with no debt. As for the consolidation, they clearly want to rid themselves of the penny share status (from the COMS days). I suspect another acquistion or two may be in the pipeline (they will have the dough).
Onwards and upwards.
