09/3/2012 10:42 | Welcome share_shark. Thanks for your info about Faraday. The year end is Mar 31st, but results won't be out till much later, however they usually put out a trading update in April. | davydoo
09/3/2012 10:37 | It has and me too. :-). Further to the report by GI there was another excellent recommendation by Faraday Research, this week. Nothing of course that you guys and gals dont know but it was(for the possible new investor and that is me) quite comprehensive. I am sure most know of Faraday who put out reports and coverage of stocks, via Galvan and perhaps you will also be aware that they put out reports VERY recently on QFI and RLD. Both companie's share prices rose well on the back of the new interest. Anyhow I am now with you too and look forward to your posts and info ; also the results are due end of this month . 09/3/2012 10:16 | Thanks. Certainly seems to have bought a few new investors along. | davydoo
09/3/2012 10:02 | Nothing we don't already know - states that the new food safety division is on target to generate sales of US$1m this year. Cash balance due to rise from 1.6m GBP to 3.2m GBP in 2013 (over 6.6p / share alone). Repeat revenue, cash generative, low P/E (against average of sector 18), progressive divi policy - all the reasons we are already here but nice to hear. "STRONG BUY" it says... Hope that helps. 09/3/2012 09:09 | Thanks Nobby, but unfortunately the link didn't work for me. Can you share any highlights? I'll keep an eye out. I used to be a subscriber and I think the magazine stories trickle on to their website later. | davydoo
08/3/2012 17:46 | I just learnt from the iii board, that this was tipped in the March issue of Growth Company Investor. Cant find a link on the site yet though. | davydoo
08/3/2012 11:08 | After tax and costs that must work out at 16.5p per share. Sometimes I see 'O' type sells and buys for values of less that £100 or a couple of hundred and wonder who deals in that amount, its a very expensive and in-efficient way to buy or sell. | owenski
08/3/2012 09:42 | Who buys £100 worth of shares? and why? I just don't get it. Although they do have the honour of setting a new price high for the recent past. | davydoo
07/3/2012 22:23 | Thanks GHF, I'll take a look. I'm actually short SMWH because all I ever do is browse, and I'm sure others must be the same. However I do miss having the chance to say no to a £1 bar of chocolate that they always seem to want to offer you. | davydoo
07/3/2012 22:09 | I commented a few weeks ago that I felt the "tap turned off" with availability of stock drying up. Today looks like a case in point, number of small trades which were consistently moving the shares higher. FWIW "Shares" Magazine last Thursday (Page 9 if you're browsing in the newsagents davydoo ;-) contained a v small snippet commenting on recent rise and suggested Chairman buy in January had revived market interest. They mentioned that,"global security issues should keep REDT in demand." and retained a Buy rating. They made it a Buy last March at 11.25p. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
07/3/2012 21:26 | See anything you like? | davydoo
07/3/2012 20:44 | Well what a coincedence .....so am I. | share_shark
07/3/2012 18:57 | just looking in | 7bore
07/3/2012 12:11 | vols. supporting the rise too. | owenski
07/3/2012 12:10 | these tiny m,caps with growth potential are worth sticking with, nice to see a breakout at last. | owenski
07/3/2012 10:59 | Lovely. A buy at 13.35 aswell, clear breakout. | davydoo
07/3/2012 10:38 | I am still with you guys and regard this as a safe haven in these difficult times. IMHO we can stay here until we get close to 20p. | chessman2
07/3/2012 09:57 | Hello !!! Clear breakout now. ;-) Regards GHF | glasshalfull
24/2/2012 19:32 | Anyone buy 220,000 this afternoon? | davydoo
22/2/2012 14:51 | Thanks Davydoo, At least someone else has paid 12.5 as well as me. I used Barclays , not sure who the other buyer used to get a lower price. Whats a 1/4 pence anyway... | nickjoseph
22/2/2012 14:04 | Welcome aboard Nick. A great share for a SIPP, and where I have all my own holding. Its AIM and paying a dividend, so I can't put in an ISA, and I don't want to be taxed on the income. | davydoo
22/2/2012 12:48 | cheers GHF, its one i've held in the past, but culled for lack of action. I actually bought a small amount a week or two ago after seeing some of your comments and will be following closely. | davydoo
22/2/2012 12:25 | Just noticed REDT are on the move ;-) Thanks davydoo, ended up with a decent slug as you're aware and glad I availed myself while the 50k seller was about. I noticed a few buys yesterday and obviously tap now turned off in terms of available stock. O/T - I'm currently adding to DSN - Denistron - where a similar selling pattern has appeared. They are similar to REDT in that they have quite a bit of net cash on the b/s and also earnings expectations and growth place them on a derisory PER. Maybe worth a look for those interested in undercalued illiquid small caps. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
