21/6/2024 00:19 | One day in July last year I suddenly became a poet. Maybe vying for the position of Poet Laureate. No vacancy so that's that. Someone has brought it back on Plus One Coin. My day of poetry is over and shalt not return. | ![]() noirua
20/6/2024 21:42 | The only hope of any moves on Red Rock is if Mr Topham and Mr Black who hold together nearly 20% decide to both move to double their holding. Others hold through various brokers so it is difficult to see who has less than 3%. Power Metal is virtually certain to just sit there and see their NBGC interest gradually swallowed up for Cash, RRR shares and warrants. Any other move would be seen as very bad form at this stage. Their interest is as Merchant Bankers tied in these days with Rick Rule. One of DLs' Australian outfits could bid for Red Rock but more likely has an eye on NBGC. | ![]() noirua
20/6/2024 20:55 | POW are only TR1 holders for the moment. I suspect they will cease to be once ettie has finished with the bad commentary. £500k at 0.0002p???? Followed by a consolidation? | ![]() kemche
20/6/2024 20:25 | You have to laugh at the fools on LSE salivating on the possibility the shares might rise from 0.045 to 0.055p, they forget that the price has fallen from 1p. Bell has become very tetchy over personal criticism just recently, he also has no interest in the shareholder value wipe-out and never has, just how many investors in this outfit have been wiped out over the years? There is some speculation that Bell may be forced to move aside, it will be interesting to see how POW will react to the appalling corporate governance at Red Rock now they are a TR1 holder? What are Blacks intentions with his 10% stake? What is Lenigas doing behind the scenes? Many believe that the best thing that could ever happen at Red Rock would be for AB to step down, the trolls allege they are only active because of him, if he goes could these same trolls become supporters? So many questions, RRR equity is now option money, if anyone wants to launch a corporate move the cost would be modest currently. | mrblobbythe2nd
20/6/2024 19:22 | With a UK election result all but certain the GBP is starting to weaken. Good for the gold price in British pounds. Maybe, who knows, good for the value of RRR tenements. The sun is shining brightly and the sky is clear. AB it appears is back on UK Terra Firma and DL is yachting in Monaco. The link to DL's yacht has been deleted, it is a wonderful delight for the eyes. | ![]() noirua
20/6/2024 18:26 | It looks as if gold production, at a guess, in Burkina Faso, is unlikely until the fourth quarter of 2024. Allowing for all the costs whether Red Rock or Riverstone pays it will be a considerable time before all costs are covered. I do not doubt the results though it does appear this is becoming a larger venture due to changes in plans and therefore subject to costly delay. Fine in the end if the gold price remains buoyant - good luck AB we need I think bigger pockets than Red Rock's. ( Noirua's opinion ). Burkina Faso: LOCATION Bilbale and Boulon: Africa - ----- "In addition, says preparation of operating sites continues at Bilbale and Boulon in Burkina Faso. Due to increases in air freight charges, it has been decided to send containers by sea. The target time for the arrivals is in early July. Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Andrew Bell commented: "Progress towards continuous operations in Burkina Faso continues satisfactorily. The scale of the logistics operation is considerable, and involves overcoming regulatory challenges at the points of both export and import." | ![]() noirua

Not finished yet - cheers. | ![]() noirua
20/6/2024 14:39 | The CLNs come up for conversion at 0.05p if the offer to convert at that level still stands. The shares need a lift to about 0.65p bid or yet another rollover combined with a new CLN offering is on court. CLN opening looks more certain if an asset is not sold at double pronto haste. - | ![]() noirua

20/6/2024 13:51 | 4-6 weeks is ambitious! The most recent half yearly cash burn was £1.285M (-£50k/week) £50k/week spend = forecast -£1.3M outflow for the six months to June Cash at January was just £80k = £1.220M cash needed to cover the gap 2 months ago RRR raised £260k gross, so call it £220k after expenses £1.220m - £0.220m = £1M needed to survive until June at recent run rate If we are generous and say (hey presto) expenditure is reduced by half, so only £500k needed, and found by taking out loan notes on high rates of interest, this just means more debt to repay later and we still run out of funds next week. Placing needed ASAP. | ![]() dead duck resources
20/6/2024 12:52 | A rough estimate based on spending by RRR up to Dec 31, 2023, indicates about 4 to 6 weeks to go and the company's cash runs dry. This includes unknown reparation costs for Greenland guessed at being around £75k in the present half year. Some costs might not be ongoing and the dates for payment may not yet be due. 19/6/2024 10:23 | I cannot see Sunday Creek sitting idly by whilst Ettie eats their lunch. I expect Sunday Creek to lob £250m Ettie's way to pick it up for peanuts. We know that the Chinese are waiting in the wings for Migori and no less that 5 Chinese buyers are waiting for the Lithium. Add the $400m from Glen and Ettie could easily be sitting on a pot of nigh on £1 billion. He just needs a few more fundraisings to get over the line. Then whoosh! | ![]() kemche

18/6/2024 10:46 | Freight shipping transit time is impacted by factors including distance, shipping mode, route, and season. In very rough estimates: express can take as little as 1-3 days, air freight is typically 5-10 days, and sea shipping can range anywhere from 20-45 days or more. The complexity of customs procedures and potential delays at border crossings can also influence freight shipping transit time. Factors such as the volume of shipments being processed, the accuracy of documentation, and any unforeseen inspections or regulatory requirements can contribute to longer transit times. Moreover, adverse weather conditions, such as storms or extreme temperatures, may disrupt transportation networks, further extending the delivery schedule. Therefore, it is crucial for shippers and recipients to consider these variables when estimating the arrival time of their freight shipments and to plan accordingly to minimize any potential delays. | ![]() noirua |
