Puzzling: Why Red Rock has tied themselves up to an agreement on NBGC with Power Metal
when it appears the tanks are dry and it runs on fuel from a reserve tank? The other way
around would be better so what does AB know we don't?.

RE: Shares 18 Dec 2017 14:52

Why not read the RNS? The RNS states quite clearly that RRR has a fixed and floating charges over the assets plus a mortgage on the plant. Either Steelmin repays RRR or RRR takes the assets and the business. The people behind Steelmin had put Euro 11mil into it at 31/01/2017. The investors include Stonehage Fleming, Quilvest, Copulos Group. hxxps://www.stonehagefleming.com/ [...] The Chairman is a former director of the EBRD. These people are not complete and utter idiots contrary to what the troll on here say. DYOR

RE: Convertible Loan Notes - 0.8p 12 Mar 2018 14:42

I have some of the CLNs and know where most of the others reside. I am told that the ones that converted the other day are for Bed and ISA. I will not be converting any at this price. Take some time to do some research: why convert now, when I can hold for pretty much no risk and convert later at a higher price. Every month I wait gives me more shares at the conversion price. A lot of news incoming soon: Steelmin; to start production mid April they will need to have finished plant assembly in the next couple of weeks. We are awaiting news on Migori: all down to the Kenyan side as to whether a deal is done or not. DRC: DD time up this week. JMS should confirm news on the IPO this week. JMS: once the IPO is out of the way, will they have a go at Mount Ida? My feeling is yes but it might take 12 months or so. Outlier: the price of oil has moved up: it might generate a bit of interest in Elephant Oil. DYOR

RE: RNS 6 Aug 2019 13:17
Well I just logged out to catch up on your wisdom Tragic: you are still on filter.

I note that you have no comment whatsoever on Migori and can point to no mistake or discrepancy. On the cash flow, you missed out that the JMS dividend and the El Limon royalties. You also can't differentiate between capital and income.

Anyway, fingers crossed for getting the Migori license back soon and then executing on the JV that AB has mentioned several times. Given the current gold price, we should be able to get a decent deal on a JV for Migori.

RE: Cobalt 16 Sep 2019 17:41
Funny! You will see on RGM shortly.

On RRR I have an equity position and the CLNs: as has been pointed out, I can't lose on the CLNs. On the equity side, I have them as low as 0.5p. The wind up value is more than 0.5p. I don't have a problem except this has been a long wait. Migori has been supposedly close to resolution now for nearly a year: however, as AB has said but you don't believe him, the resolution is close. All the licenses have had to be reissued under the Kenyan Mining Act 2016 and it is heavy work getting all the landholder consents required. Barrick have only beaten us by a few weeks.

Things are going in RRR's direction, gold is up, cobalt is up, copper has started rising and manganese has held its price. JMS is going to declare another good dividend, Para has raised the capital it required and should be paying out decent royalty cheques from Q1 20. POW looks to be doing okay and if any of took the trouble to read RNSs rather than just sit there poking pins in AB effigies you would know that POW has released some interesting RNSs.

Elephant Oil announcing its JV partner for Allada would be helpful.

Anyway, DYOR

An announcement can be expected regarding the funding of Burkina Faso very much in line
with that already announced by RRR. The sum of £250,000 may be increased by interested parties
taking a stake in Faso Minerals Limited UK 86% or Faso Greenstone Resources SARLU BF, for Boromo and
Banfora Greenstone Belts, a 100% owned subsidiary of Faso Minerals.
Presentation November 2023:
Mining was earmarked in Nov 2023 as 2028. An IPO is expected by 2025.
➢ To raise up to $400,000 in funding for 2024 exploration and administration.

The market is betting on an equity raise but Bell only has authority to issue 700m shares it appears, that would barely raise £200k, one wonders if the authority to issue more would come from the TR1's.

The propagandist Helpful on LSE seems content enough pointing to RRR's gold assets.

The litmus test is nigh, maybe this time the market is wrong?

In the meantime the market is still cr@p for these minnows.

It's all about the price of various commodities, creeks, ELEP, DRC, BF. And of course a very healthy dose of the cognisance therein wherein in species law 101 as norm is it not then now 34th Novembruary 2048. Where is he?

Most of the sells are clearly buys as MMs become aware that the creek is truly Sunday.

Meanwhile Ettie seen with a shovel at Heathrow.

Another all-time low of £0.00040 as AB remains quiet on all fronts. The likelihood of
delays in sending equipment from Scotland to Burkina Faso leans hard and failure to
announce the one or two asset sales as indicated in January spreads nervousness.
Is AB all over the shop whilst DL Yachts unambivalently in Monaco?

No of course not.

I'm surprised the LSE allow such things though, how blatant does it have to be before action is taken?

A cynic might argue that if Andrew has mentioned it then even the possibility of Dubai existing as a Nation State might be questioned. Discuss. I have no wish for a Lawsuit Andrew so will apologise if pressed gently.

Holding rock steady as most of the sells continue to be buys. Market awaiting the start of the mining in BF in July. Otherwise it is all about the creek that is Sunday. And ELEP. And Lemon.

The only hope for RRR now is for AB and DL to buy shares on the market. At present the
marketplace is saying 'NO CHANCE'. It doesn't appear to be asking DL and AB why not,
all it does is wink at us all.

"I attended a investor event recently where the topic of criminal gangs working from overseas shorting via spread-bets and CFD's the small cap sector, their main method being electronic boiler room operations bashing the target companies on bulletin boards to destroy sentiment and depress the share price "

First time I have heard him mention that. Must be serious. It has happened to every successful company that I have ever invested in. They had better lawyer up would be my advice.
