The first RNS Reach proudly announced 'Appointment of Lenigas as Strategic Consultant'
Not Mr David Lenigas. Like Socrates or Madonna, he is known quite simply as 'Lenigas'.

It summed up RRR as having; projects and investments in oil, gold, and battery metals.Strangely opening with oil? With some talk on social media of a new project in Mexico.
Recent RNS Reaches now say; interests in gold, base & battery metals and hydrocarbons.
So much for that new oil project then. Or any project, with 'projects and investments'
replaced with 'interests', more suitable for RRR's sub investment-grade bits and bobs.

Re: the sub-scale gold sieving at Burkina Faso;
“We hope to be able to share an update to the market as early as next week”. Enticing!

Travel expenses: the update will coincide with our CEO ‘relocating217; onsite for a time
”to help prepare for potential larger scale” (after the initial sub-scale) operations.

During the reporting year, the Company continued to receive proceeds from the sale of its gold interests in Colombia.
RRR has earned royalties of $154,000 to June 2020, of which £17,000 has been received.

Thanks Noirua, as suspected then. £17k doesn't even cover Mr Bell's annual cash bonus.

It's a funny old Arbitration if an agreed position is needed due to the time this has been in play. Usually, and including China, about 4 months is given and then the 3 members of the Arbitrators Panel decide. So it needs a clear explanation and proof positive - a doubting Thomas would exclaim.

During the reporting year, the
The company has continued to receive proceeds from the sale of its gold interests
in Colombia. Payments of up to US$2.0 million are to be paid in the form of a 3%
net smelter royalty payable quarterly on gold production.

The Company has earned royalties of US$0.154 million to 30 June 2020, of which
£17,000 has been received. The Company estimates that approximately
US$0.253 million will be paid out towards the US$2 million royalty during the next
four quarters based on the most recent projections from the operator in Colombia.

A final royalty stream of up to US$1.0 million will be paid following the payment in
full of the initial net smelter royalty in the form of a 0.5% net smelter royalty.

The gold mine at El Limon on which the royalty is based has been undergoing
significant upgrades during the course of 2020, which led to very low production
during the reporting period, and these upgrades are expected to complete by the
end of the calendar year, with substantially higher production levels projected for
2021 onward.

[ The whole of the $0.154 million was paid leaving $2,846,000 to be paid
sometime in the future ]



Please Note. There was an understanding concerning the El Limon Smelter
after an Arbitration was discontinued. This was that all gold going through the
smelter would be subject to gold royalties whether mined by Para Resources
themselves or not.
Para Resources changed its name to Soma Gold.
