02/4/2024 13:13 | "This BoD has made a series of shareholder value destroying decisions. Their arrogance in now maintaining radio silence while the market punishes the share price and the complacency of the larger shareholders in allowing them to remain in place just astonishes me." As though it was almost written for this board. Spookily uncanny! And not gnomic in the least. | kemche

02/4/2024 09:40 | Gold is building to challenge $2,300. DRC does look to be a questionable outcome situation for Red Rock. You pay yer money now on a placing versus a gold asset sale tinged with a DRC result - your call. | noirua

01/4/2024 16:40 | People's views on companies and management will matter differently depending on whether a person is principally an investor or more of a Trader. Also if a person invests only in UK shares or in many other countries like myself. Usually, I'm lucky here and there and Wildcat Resources ASX:WC8 rocketed last year. Riot Platforms Nasdaq:RIOT together with Marathon Digital Nasdaq:MARA did me several favours. We can all mess things up as I bought a lot of Buxton Resources ASX:BUX at 10c and they rose to 27c but I did not sell and they now sit at 11.5c blast it. So only invest, not necessarily what we can afford, what we can stomach without taking it out on others because markets went wrong or in some cases, 'useless' directors making pathetic decisions or even worse... On that though things can change. Two directors of Felix Resources ASX:FLX were hailed as best directors in 2009 the company having risen from A$10m M/C to be taken over for A$3.4 billion. Then they joined White Energy ASX:WEC and they turned a share price of $4.20 to 0.15c after allowing for a 1 for 30 consolidation. I think that decline beats Red Rock's. Have they resigned? Well one retired as Chairman at the age of 93 and the other is now Chairman and MD so promoted it seems. Good Luck for the rest of 2024. | noirua

01/4/2024 13:14 | The FCA appear uninterested in microcap and small cap companies particularly on the AIM market. They probably see that Nomads are there to keep companies in line with FTSE AIM rules and regulations. Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Shareholders Agreement A shareholders’ agreement is an agreement between the shareholders of the company and the company itself and will normally give to the shareholders more rights than those set out in the company’s Articles of Association. Derivative Proceedings As only the company and not an individual shareholder can bring action against an errant director, a shareholder may look to bring what is known as a derivative claim against the company. The allegations must be against those in control of the company. Companies Act 2006 Where director of directors have acted so as to prejudice minority shareholders, those shareholders may bring a claim for unfair prejudice against the directors under the Companies Act 2006. The claim may often be that the directors’ actions have led to a reduction in the value of their minority shareholdings. The shareholders must demonstrate that the conduct of the majority was both prejudicial and unfair. | noirua

01/4/2024 12:41 | I find myself agreeing with the honourable gentleman from Arlington Street, the self-indulgency must stop. Down with CEO lifestyle companies in the guise of mining and other self-indulgent enterprises. As a courtesy to loss-making investors we call for a reversal. This April Fools Day I petition the CEO to invest his Red Rock wealth from exorbitant salary and bonuses back into the Company and then redistribute this to shareholders as a special dividend as partial recompense for losses. | dead duck resources

01/4/2024 11:23 | TDC/H5O - rightly warning, yet again, of the naked shorts being operated by entities. He has been at pains to warn against such a thing for years now only to fall on deaf ears. He points to the multi billion $ lawsuits about to commence in Australia and Canada to rid the market of this scourge. Ettie has been warning here for some time too for the entities to lawyer up and yet they take not a jot of his repeated warnings. All the promises made over nigh on 20 years are deliberately ignored with the same cries of "but where's the bad commentary? We demand yet more bad commentary". 94 bad commentaries are apparently not sufficient for these miscreants and they clamour for more. What is the poor bloke to do apart from succumb to such a voracious appetite for "liquidity"? Over time I have seen my investments in such illustrious companies as CRCL, VAST, RRR, ECOB, CHLL, ICON, VRS, RTOP, RCGH, UKOG, BIDS, TOM, SLYME, TERN, PPP and a host of others utterly decimated by this scourge of entities. And yet the FCA, UKAIM, and the government ignore this blatant theft of shareholders' hard earned money. Are we to believe the preposterous suggestion that the various esteemed gentlemen who sit on those boards are incompetent - or even worse, dishonest???? What a laughable and ludicrous notion! Are we to disbelieve 20 years of promises - the candy factory, the cloud computing, the escrow money in a Cypriot bank, Amulet, Steelmin, Shyte Creek, 5 Chinese buyers, exports of lithium, loans in obscure subsidiaries etc????? The sheer imminency of it all! | kemche

28/3/2024 16:39 | Jolly good post kemche and I enjoyed it once again. Keeps us in the Land of reality and those without a history of events may be confused - not such a bad thing. I edged my holding up to 25m shares though it doesn't matter much anymore I suppose. A few years ago when Red Rock shares were 1.2p the holding would have been worth £300,000 and now at bid 0.055p just £13,750. The Gold price is rocketing so great if it holds on to gains. Good luck at Easter one and all. | noirua |
