Off-Topic - It did seem somewhat silly of the Bank of England to consider putting £65 billion to work defending the UK£ and bolstering the bond market. It gave an opportunity for many to close their positions and get ready to reposition themselves when the Bank of England runs out of financial firepower.

The answer is to raise interest rates immediately to 6%. The country is a lot poorer now and it will get worse.

The real balance for Red Rock is how long it takes to get cash into its account over the Musonoi Area One debacle. Recent cash raising covers the ongoing DRC Arbitration and that leaves RRR only two ways to go if the Arbitration goes on into next year and that is to sell quoted shares in Power Metal and Juno Minerals or to raise more cash by CLNs or placings. The market appears to be concerned or maybe really worried about this.

Questions do need to be asked about how Red Rock went to sleep at the time VUP and Gecamines carried out an illegal transaction. Kamoto Copper cant be at fault as they would have trusted Gecamines. It looks very suspicious that Gecamines lost $400 million - see the lower part of the header - and made it all up on being an intermediary between VUP SA and Kamoto Copper.

Had Red Rock and VUP SA sold directly to Kamoto Red Rock would have received $215 million £190 million 14.66p a share at $1.13 to £1, half of the sum stated by AB/RRR to have been obtained by Gecamines.

There remains a chance that a major will become interested in the large Mount Ida resource held by Juno Minerals. Red Rock has royalty interests in Mount Ida and a shareholding in Juno Minerals ASX: JNO

I also think there is an after hours buyer cleaning up stock at a certain level. That buyer might just up his limit soon / stock is being being bought as sells come in which won't last forever

RRR - Andrew Bell in a stock box interview a month ago already stated publicly the arbitration result has been indicated to them and the other party 'lost'.....implying RRR has won and awaiting it in writing. Risk/Reward is seriously in the reward camp at these levels.Cannot be long and I'm sure Andrew Bell will be flying to the DRC very soon. Just imagine a 7am RNS stating they have received the $10m funds. How would the market makers open up the RRR price. Crazy the price is at 0.4 and won't be for very long - buy people in my opinion

Had a reply from AB

'DRC issue is law and politics. Both. These aspects both being dealt with. Apologies if this sometimes seems like a hostage negotiation, where not every detail can be played out in public, and sometimes things appear to slow.

If we needed to revise our guidance, we would.'

---

I think the word 'politics' in the above is both telling and a giveaway as to the outcome of the Arbitration still being in the balance. The two court case outcomes in favour of Red Rock look beneficial. The Oxus Gold outcome in December 2015 in France showed that politics played its part as the Americans desperately want to keep an airbase in Uzbekistan and France had its own interests.

This is what Oxus Gold management said in 2012 and how wrong they were and their response after defeat in 2015: So AB keeping stoom is solidly on the right track.

The result was that Oxus Gold was bust in 2019. The case though reached its final conclusion in the District of Colombia, the United States in July 2019 - the case was lost. Maybe Politics meant there was no chance of success from the beginning?

new_scally, This is the last post by #Torp below. As he suddenly stopped posting abruptly I would guess he must have become very ill or has passed - may he rest in peace.
He did infer in this post that he was no longer a shareholder so I guess again he lost a considerable amount investing in Red Rock Resources PLC. RRR is a microcap explorer and like most of these companies, it's a gamble on drilling results and punts on other investments in my view.

I see the same old shysters are still trying to pump this utter POS unscrupulously,
desperate to lure in the gullible to boost their positions. It has been and will
always be imho a total sucker share.

It simply moves from placing to placing to placing whilst Bell fritters away untold
£millions on Admin and expenses. Hence there will rarely be shareholder
value delivered IMHO.

Yearly Amounts Spent On Admin

2012 - £2,275,786
2013 - £4,751,948
2014 - £1,563,808
2015 - £1,334,404
2016 - £758,351
2017 - £644,688
2018 - £849,518
2019 - £591,777
2020 - £597,000

That's where much of the money disappears to. All it needs is gullible people
to keep buying the "jam tomorrow" stories. I'm so glad I am no longer one of
those gullible saps.

As well as placings the company just goes from one failed project to the next:

Greenland Project - spent millions and eventually sold it off for just £1

Shoats Creek Oil - Project failed and was written off

Steelmin Project - Went bust just after Bell loaned them another £1.1m

etc etc etc

Worse still the company began to engage in various loans and transactions which they failed to RNS to shareholders/markets.

RRR conducted loans and transactions with Amulet Diamonds that were not RNS'd.
Shareholders discovered 5 months later in a small paragraph in the Annual Report

Bell loaned a further £1.1m to the failing Steelmin project which he didn't RNS.
Simply appalling.

Steelmin ceased operations in Sept 2018, RRR did not RNS this

Steelmin went into Administration Feb 2019. RRR didn't RNS this event despite
RRR having a 22% stake in the business.

Frankly anyone who puts their cash into such a POS thoroughly deserves to lose
their money. If loans and key events are not going to be RNS'd then I'd consider
that I was investing blind. There are surely better AIM companies to go at without
such ridiculous problems.

There is in my view no need to read anything into Red Rock not updating on the Arbitration in DRC. On past occasions I've experienced, all that is heard is that the company hopes to get a result quite soon or news about the cost of the Arbitration and occasionally moving to a different phase in Arbitration.
It is important that complete secrecy is maintained at all times.

Arbitration is generally private. However, it is only confidential if the parties contract for such secrecy. The problem is that parties' mistaken assumptions often lead to shortsighted contracting and a lack of awareness about the consequences of confidentiality clauses.
