22/9/2022 12:47 | My estimates are that he is burning through at a rate of £200k per month and running on empty. The ranks of HNWs grow ever thinner. | kemche
22/9/2022 12:42 | Agreed sclpr. Or you could wait for next month's fundraising - if the rare circumstance happens to present itself. At the the moment it's a 4 weekly occurrence so it is pretty much nailed on. | kemche
22/9/2022 12:37 | It's not a normal placing where market makers get an allocation of stock at the placing price to sell into the market. All the shares have been bought by a single individual so I don't know why some people are willing to sell close to the placing price. It looks like a good opportunity to buy if you believe in the company's projects | sclper
22/9/2022 12:12 | Don't disagree but like the 0.4-0.45 level - I'm a buyer into the sellers GL | mrmark1
22/9/2022 12:01 | How many HNW have been turned into LNW individuals after "investing" in RRR? There must be a legion of them by now. | kemche
22/9/2022 11:59 | Target, History has proven that they invariably are. But the dim-witted are persuaded. | kemche
22/9/2022 11:48 | Just the latest in a long line of 'HNW' taking private placings here, including at 0.6p a short time ago. HNW can be mugs too. | on target
22/9/2022 11:37 | Agreed mark1. I continue to average down. Welcome to the party. GLA LTHers! | kemche
22/9/2022 11:31 | This broker raised over £1m at 1.05p and so not new - just newly appointed as a joint broker - it's surly a good time to buy close to a capital raise that was taken by a HNW - that's not punt money and 0.4-0.5 seems a good level to buy, GL | mrmark1
22/9/2022 11:30 | Classic treeshake to let all the HNW individuals in on the cheap. | kemche
22/9/2022 09:55 | Toop is going to bag | dillydally2
22/9/2022 09:51 | Expecting another "imminency" next month. | kemche
22/9/2022 09:49 | This is a scam company | sheepshagger1
22/9/2022 09:48 | kemche et al , I have checked with Companies House, and Red Rock has made 96 'Statements of capital following an allotment of shares' since 23rd November 2009 and up to 29 June 2022. Since then there have been three more not yet reported to Companies House making 99. | noirua
22/9/2022 00:06 | At least the £ is still plummeting adding another 1% £110k to DRC $ returns. A 0.75% interest rate rise announced in America should see a 0.75% or 1% rise in the UK later today. | noirua
21/9/2022 22:16 | Is that the 39th placing? Who could have seen that coming? Same again next month? | kemche
21/9/2022 20:08 | So the high net worth Investor has been made an insider. He clearly thinks he will make a multi bag here imo | captain_kurt
21/9/2022 18:47 | The RNS obviously sneaked out very late indeed indicates bad news and a cash desperate position. On the other hand an investor gets the shares at a very good discount via the new second broker - maybe waved a magic wand and came up very lucky. Red Rock shares are set to slip on Thursday. The drilling costs in Burkina Faso plus legal cost in DRC are covered by the CLN cash raising. Ongoing UK costs and other costs in Australia, Kenya, and DRC appear ongoing at pace. Plus reparation costs in Greenland. The cards being played may come up Trumps. If not... | noirua
21/9/2022 18:26 | RNS out - another flipping placing at 0.4p, 40m shares to raise £160k before expenses.Andrew Bell - you're running out of chances..... you're an expert at promising things but NEVER deliver. | failedqs
21/9/2022 18:22 | It is about time Red Rock Resources PLC made certain that their website is up to date. It is misleading and may be contrary to LSE requirements and all the ultimate responsibility of Chairman Andrew Bell. Noting this link: That shows RRR to have a 0.95% interest in Jupiter Mines and in receipt of a A$600,000 dividend in 2019. Also a 6.89% interest in African Battery Metals ABM and expecting royalty payments of $250,000 per annum. The information is false on two counts and very unlikely as far as the royalties are concerned, and though mentioning a $600,000 dividend being in 2019 the 0.95% shareholding leads to expectations of more of these dividends. Such statements could lead an investor to buy shares in Red Rock due to misleading information. | noirua
21/9/2022 11:58 | All the sells are clearly buys. No stock available prior to the imminency. Podcast tomorrow? It's all about Zimbabwe now. | kemche
20/9/2022 17:55 | Indeed it does. It has now become a folkloric Riddle. "When is an Imminency not an Imminency?" The answer would be something along the lines of: "When it's an Andrew Bell Whoosh". | algernon2
20/9/2022 11:07 | The imminency continues. | kemche |
