Or you could wait for next month's fundraising - if the rare circumstance happens to present itself. At the the moment it's a 4 weekly occurrence so it is pretty much nailed on.

It's not a normal placing where market makers get an allocation of stock at the placing price to sell into the market.All the shares have been bought by a single individual so I don't know why some people are willing to sell close to the placing price.It looks like a good opportunity to buy if you believe in the company's projects

This broker raised over £1m at 1.05p and so not new - just newly appointed as a joint broker - it's surly a good time to buy close to a capital raise that was taken by a HNW - that's not punt money and 0.4-0.5 seems a good level to buy, GL

kemche et al , I have checked with Companies House, and Red Rock has made 96 'Statements of capital following an allotment of shares' since 23rd November 2009 and up to 29 June 2022. Since then there have been three more not yet reported to Companies House making 99.

At least the £ is still plummeting adding another 1% £110k to DRC $ returns. A 0.75% interest rate rise announced in America should see a 0.75% or 1% rise in the UK later today.

The RNS obviously sneaked out very late indeed indicates bad news and a cash desperate position. On the other hand an investor gets the shares at a very good discount via the new second broker - maybe waved a magic wand and came up very lucky. Red Rock shares are set to slip on Thursday.

The drilling costs in Burkina Faso plus legal cost in DRC are covered by the CLN cash raising. Ongoing UK costs and other costs in Australia, Kenya, and DRC appear ongoing at pace. Plus reparation costs in Greenland.

The cards being played may come up Trumps. If not...

It is about time Red Rock Resources PLC made certain that their website is up to date. It is misleading and may be contrary to LSE requirements and all the ultimate responsibility of Chairman Andrew Bell.

That shows RRR to have a 0.95% interest in Jupiter Mines and in receipt of a A$600,000 dividend in 2019. Also a 6.89% interest in African Battery Metals ABM and expecting royalty payments of $250,000 per annum.
The information is false on two counts and very unlikely as far as the royalties are concerned, and though mentioning a $600,000 dividend being in 2019 the 0.95% shareholding leads to expectations of more of these dividends.

Such statements could lead an investor to buy shares in Red Rock due to misleading information.
