25/10/2022 10:25 | How Mediators in DRC Are Doing What the Courts Can’t Land disputes in the Democratic Republic of Congo are common – but getting justice often isn’t. Frustrated with the court system, local people in a North Kivu village are now taking their cases to a mediation organization, hoping for quicker turnarounds and fair resolutions. | noirua
25/10/2022 10:14 | I believe the pressure may be on Mr Bell personally from Red Rock's largest shareholders who seem to have been active in the method in which the company has been run over the last 18 months. My view is the major shareholders (they own around 25%) have told Mr Bell to deliver value from the current portfolio and will not accept the previous status quo of perennial dilution, his position may be on the line. The sheer amount of time Mr Bell has spent in the Congo (now 8 weeks, 2 visits) trying to collect the $7m-$9m owed to Red Rock underwrites this view in my considered opinion. Let us see where this goes, there are a number of near-term catalysts that could add significant value for investors. | mininglamp

25/10/2022 10:03 | VUP SA illegally sold the tenement via Gecamines to Kamoto Copper a 100% owned subsidiary of Glencore. Gecamines it has been reported via AB netted over $400 million from the sale. Red Rock Congo received a legal judgment of $2.5 million plus compensation of $2.05 million. The present Arbitration is between Red Rock Congo and VUP SA and probably Gecamines. The award is uncertain as Red Rock Congo has withdrawn their original agreed offer as VUP SA failed to agree with it. What it was has not been disclosed. Kamoto Copper, it has been reported by Red Rock is willing to pay - how Gecamines ended up with over $400 million is unclear. August 2022 - Somewhere there will be legal details of this Arbitration. Updated 10:12 | noirua
25/10/2022 09:28 | If they get the DRC Arbitration award and payment. Then the company can got for Glencore who have already admitted to fraud and corrupt practices in Africa. That law suit could be as high as $1 Billion for lost revenue | captain_kurt

24/10/2022 18:35 | He did say he was worried for his safety as it would be cheaper and easier in the DRC to "lose him in the wilderness" than pay him any recompense. I think we should be told if he is still safe and sound. Anyone? | algernon2
24/10/2022 18:06 | Mr Bell is still in the DRC, that's pretty interesting as he was only supposed to be there a few days, he has been there for at least 2 weeks now. Is he making any progress pursuing that $7.5m Red Rock are owed, maybe so, the length of time could be a clue. | mininglamp

21/10/2022 13:02 | Chairman Andrew Bell IPD Informational and Political Discussionist: If Boris Johnson returns to power there may well be turmoil and the country may go to pot but it will at the very least be fun whilst it lasts - never boring. On the other hand, taking over at or near the floor means a good chance of improvement, and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will be pleased to see Paddington Bear back again. | noirua
21/10/2022 10:48 | Noirua - 11 Jul 2022 - 14:42:01 - 12537 of 13104 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC - Information Thread - RRR I'm now back to my 7,250,000 shares held in early 2018 before the jump in price from 0.18p to about 1.3p. Auntie Ettie's big day with the correct advice to hold on - a return no doubt in due course broomstick and all. ----- My present holding is higher and the situation share price-wise is similar. The world had ended for Red Rock at 0.18p a few prophesised doom - then Auntie Ettie arrived swooping in and on we went to 1.35p. | noirua
