Looks dire here. LSE shows it 17% down. Same old same old.

Liabilities of £2.36m and a greedy BOD who expend the equiv of £818K a year on
Admin and other expenses.

Where on earth is the money going to come from to foot those bills?????

The Jupiter divi's certainly won't cover it.

Looks like the old confetti machine will have to be cranked up.

More death spiral dilution.

More share price destruction

Nothing ever changes

Good to see gold back over the so important US$1,600 mark. Damn it, I've just spotted a bit I've missed on the ceiling - excellent paint Zinsser Ceiling Pro.

Being overweight or obese increases your risk of developing high blood pressure. In fact, your blood pressure rises as your body weight increases. ... And being overweight or obese increases your chances of developing high blood cholesterol and diabetes—two more risk factors for heart disease.

Follows soon - Noirua's how to easily lose weight with absolutely no pressure. Just one small caveat.
It also costs absolutely nothing and weight is guaranteed to go down slowly at zero cost and zero effort.

All will be revealed later as I must get back to painting the small office ceiling.

These are very difficult times for many with the stock market relentless slide and worries over the coronavirus/Chinavirus. Blood pressure can be a factor here:

Half Year Report

Same old

Cash in the bank - just £139K
Total Current Liabilities - £2.36m
Admin Expenses - £282K
Other Expenses - £132K

Staff wages, pension etc - £144K, equiv to £288K per year

Directors continue to reward themselves handsomely for abject failure to deliver any shareholder value and for the continued destruction of the share price. Just laughable.

And this from Annual Report 2018
"The entire interest in Melville Bay was sold on 29 June 2018 for £1"

Yet in today's Interim Report as Cgull highlights there are £97,000 of expenses for Greenland. lols

Nothing changes. Company is simply uninvestable imo. As all the reports testify, the lion's share of any monies just goes towards Salaries, Admin and other expenses. The charts simply don't lie. Whether it is 3 months, 1 year or 10 years the charts all show the same share price destruction caused imo by this BOD's relentless running of the company as a lifestyle venture.

I have glanced through the Half Year Report in between painting my office ceiling and trying not to get paint on the keyboard. Looks a tad better than expected after all the negativity surrounding Red Rock. Gold a significant factor here and though still a waiting game over Mid Migori and a forthcoming mining license, it remains a slightly better punt than before on gold. As always it's your call.

Once the cash from Cyprus is released then we are off flying. Just a minor Covid related delay I'm sure.

Some must still be desperate having to close positions or stump up to save their accounts to be closed out with bankruptcy to follow. They must sell everything including gold, silver and platinum. HOWEVER, this selling will end as everyone and their dog buys up all the gold and silver available.

Following this a charge to SPROTT or debit cards like TALLY that are backed by physical gold.

Remember there is nothing in Red Rock's share price for a new mining license for Mid Migori Mining Limited's, Mid Migori gold tenements and El Limon gold royalties.

My own valuation, low as it is, for up to US$28 million at US$1,600 for gold. If gold takes off to US$2,000 then that figure can be raised to US$40 million or 4.7p per RRR share. Gold in the ground value at Mid Migori rises to US$1.45 billion.

Due to overwhelming demand for our products during this time we are out of stock of many items and some will be subject to considerable delays before they become available again.

You'll be there a long time Fenton

Doesn't really matter how long the result is always the same as a result of the
MO of this BOD.

See the charts below. 3 month, 1 year, 10 years. Always the same

SP destruction
