Looking at how things are now, some companies will do better the longer and worse the present crisis goes on. Others will do the precise opposite and very many will collapse.

The UK Government will get into an increasing dilemma as it sees that there is no way it can keep on lending or giving away money to all-comers. Revenues will plummet not only from company tax receipts and lower returns from wages: Companies are axing dividends and the whole country is poorer.
Catch 22 has arrived on the door step when outgoings rocket and income plummets. One way out is to do a Cyprus and take 10% of everyone's money in banks and other Institutions. However, the UK way is to cut and cut.

Once the crisis is over what can be chopped. Well, maybe 40 new hospitals can go on the back burner. After all, so many elderly and those with underlying problems will have died that they wont be needed. Less pressure on Councils to pay for care as so many have died. That new railway to the North can be cancelled and The Northern Power House will become a couple of words never to be mentioned again.

Isa's will be abolished and the housing growth plan will collapse. Dividend taxes will be increased and pensions will not increase with inflation anymore. Free bus passes will have to go. Standard rate tax will rise to 22% and higher rates 45% and 55%. An about turn on National Insurance raising it to 12%. Self employed will see NI raised to PAYE rates.

Interest rates will rise rapidly whilst wages fail to keep up by a wide margin. Mortgage rates may well rise to 10% pushing many to be evicted. Corporation Tax will rise to 22% or higher.

All this as the money machine increases speed in an attempt to keep ahead and pay down Government debt.

In 30 years, most of the world’s largest economies will be those that are emerging today, surpassing current behemoths such as the US, Japan and Germany.

Excellent advice Noirua, anyone daft enough to invest in RRR is quite likely to fall victim to these con artists

"If you need help getting supplies, like food and medicine, please only ask people you know well and trust. Never give your card, money or details to a stranger promising to collect goods on your behalf.

Should anyone come to your door pretending to be from the NHS, World Health Organization (WHO) or another organisation offering products or services relating to coronavirus, then please do not hand over money or personal details."

Thank you Torp and kemche for your excellent support and no doubt videos etc., in these difficult times. Can not see what your posts are but anticipate they are very supportive of everyone's efforts. Good luck guys.

lol Noirua. Nobody imo seemed remotely interested in the Mid Migori prospect BEFORE
RRR had its license revoked. Therefore I don't personally see anything changing
if they manage to get another license.

These are extremely lame pumps on your part but then as you are massively down here
on your own investments one can understand your desperation to try and lure naive
punters into this POS

There's seldom any value here because what value does exist in any assets or holdings
is frittered away in the preposterous levels of Admin expenditure as you well know.

Amounts frittered away on Admin Expenses each year:

2012 - Admin £2,275,786
2013 - Admin £4,751,948
2014 - Admin £1,563,808
2015 - Admin £1,334,404
2016 - Admin £758,351
2017 - Admin £644,688
2018 - Admin £849,518
2019 - Admin £591,777

Total Admin - £12,770,280

Just utterly laughable, this is where most of the money goes. No shareholder value.

Of course!

In the meantime excellent results from one of our stellar investments that is RGM - kudos Ettie!

Should Red Rock receive a mining license for Mid Migori, Kenya, then this should be worth a minimum of US$24 million to the company. Would add, generally, about 2.9p per share. RRR trade presently in the range 0.15p - 0.18p.
Buying/further buying from Kenya can be seen to be on the cards.

A reminder of the dire historical performance of this BOD.

Three charts, 3 months, 1 year, 10 years, all show the same relentless decline in
share price and lost value, the result of a BOD who constantly issue worthless
confetti shares imho and who expend preposterous amounts on admin.

There will never be shareholder value here imho unless and until the BOD are
removed.

Look after yourself with the Chinavirua upon us. For those who stocked up you have done the right thing no matter what anyone says. You can now hide away and just order food online at your leisure and never mind if a delivery is in 4 weeks time or you cant even get one for now.

The food etc., shortage was the Governments fault: No doubt about it. They told people there would be plenty of food and toiletries - some Politicians are very naive as history says not to trust Banks and Politicians. If they say don't then go ahead at speed and do it.

It is right that many people will die because of China's virus and one might be you or I. It is save the NHS time and comments about becoming immune were incompetent. That scenario was worked through as failed as long ago as 1918 - they had an excuse as it happened in wartime or very shortly after the First World War when over 100 million people died in Europe and the Americas.

If you go out with no life or death need or to help another in desperate need. Then you are guilty of attempted suicide or the manslaughter of others.
