24/3/2020 13:45 | Noirua BS - "Detractors and Trolls will not want to here about Gold. No, no, no they certainly wont. However the yellow stuff is Red Rock's card to play in these difficult Chinavirus times ahead." No holding that this company has ever had and subsequently sold has seen monies pass to shareholders here AFAIK. Gold or otherwise. Jupiter conducted 3 separate share buy-backs that netted RRR over £1m. Not a single penny of it was passed to shareholders Jupiter have paid RRR a number of dividends since the share buy-backs and again Not a single penny of it was passed to shareholders The FACE value of any shares here be they Para Resources shares or Jupiter shares is a meaningless number. The TRUE value of the shares is about 75% less than the FACE value because this despicable BOD expend about that much in Admin and other expenses. Your persistent attempts to pump this utter POS are both shoddy and immoral and expose you for the charlatan you are. As always we only need glance at the Annual Reports to see the truth of this: Losses made each year, plus amounts raised in cash through dilution placings and amounts expended on Admin 2012 - Loss of £1,962,882 --- raised £4,441,844 - Admin £2,275,786 2013 - Loss of £22,105,562 -- raised £4,103,795 - Admin £4,751,948 2014 - Loss of £4,113,460 --- raised £2,723,861 - Admin £1,563,808 2015 - Loss of £8,411,541 --- raised £2,327,377 - Admin £1,334,404 2016 - Loss of £283,280 ----- raised £1,155,323 - Admin £758,351 2017 - Loss of £1,114,213 --- raised £300,000 --- Admin £644,688 2018 - Profit £78,120 ------- raised £421,668 --- Admin £849,518 2019 - Loss of £1,723,881 --- raised £853,089 --- Admin £591,777 Total Raised - £16,326,957 Total Admin - £12,770,280 Actually 78% of cash raised there went to admin That is simply preposterous and the very definition of an AIM lifestyle venture imho. This is a total avoid. There will never be shareholder value here unless and until this BOD are removed from the picture in their entirety. Please cease trying to con people here Noirua. It is despicable behaviour. DYOR | torp
24/3/2020 12:53 | I suspect Ettie will just take this private at such a low price. He knows a bargain when he sees one. | kemche

24/3/2020 12:24 | Red Rock's shares are well and truly on the floor. Seems likely that all DRC operations will stop. There is concern here if costs can not be halted. Jupiter Mines is not producing for 3 weeks - this should help the manganese price as most of it comes from South Africa's Northern Cape. Unlikely to affect the dividend as the Black Empowerment group hold 37% of the shares and will demand payment. Mid-Migori still needs its elusive mining license. With a 1.2 million ounce JORC resource plus 67,000 ounces of gold tailings there should be no lack of interested parties. Would not be surprised to learn that persons in Kenya have bought shares in Red Rock quietly of late. Red Rock has shares in Para Resources, accepted they have crashed in price. Further interest is the US$1.95 million in royalty payments from El Limon. Para are now only going ahead with El Limon that should bring in those elusive royalties. Detractors and Trolls will not want to here about Gold. No, no, no they certainly wont. However the yellow stuff is Red Rock's card to play in these difficult Chinavirus times ahead. | noirua
24/3/2020 11:55 | Derampers? We are just being realistic. I do own shares in one gold miner but it is an active mine not some hypothetical at least a year away if ever. Gold sold off last week because there was a shortage of dollars. A lot of deleveraging took place. We will probably only reach a bottom when the leverage folks have to throw the towel in. Does any one disagree? I am open to being educated. | greenpastures2
24/3/2020 11:48 | The sharp rise in the gold price certainly upped my gold share holdings and expecting some further upward movement in Australia. For a moment I thought I'd got it wrong in backing gold as in 1987 - looks at least Ok this time. My Tally account debit card is happy once more - the place to be for easy gold. Some derampers are still it seems trying to pretend that if a company has gold interests it is still bad news. Come on now, face up to the obvious! | noirua
24/3/2020 11:46 | There are no plus points as everyone knows. | kemche
24/3/2020 11:23 | I can't imagine any one is going to fall for this Noirua. | greenpastures2
24/3/2020 10:57 | Gold looks to be Red Rock's big plus point as copper and cobalt become nocturnal for several years to come. | noirua
24/3/2020 10:56 | Very good news indeed. Whoosh! | kemche |
