06/3/2024 16:28 | The gold price is close to another intraday high at $2,148 but still needs to get to $2,500. That is good for Red Rock though the likelihood of fundraising and consolidation beckons with a small smile from the man himself the Captain at the Helm. | noirua

06/3/2024 14:04 | DRC and Gold Assets Update (non-price-sensitive Reach PR) Highlights - an 'expectation' of a trip to DRC, maybe next week ‘with a view’ to finalisation. i.e. We would like to finalise and reiterate our desire here today in a PR release. Investors are asked to contact their brokers and buy accordingly - DO NOT wait for the placing, buy now to increase our liquidity while we arrange the placing please. - an entire team is now 'working on' (ok, waiting on) license renewal in Kenya. We would prefer if the resource is 40% larger than it is and express that desire here today in this Reach PR. Higher grade is another of our wants. Contact your brokers. - paying consultants to write a puff piece on our Ivory Coast exploration licenses. Some, but not all, of these are ‘felt’ to be prospective - We express this feeling in today’s Reach. Talk to your broker. Chairman Andrew Bell said "Other gold assets or prospects [an acknowledgement some do not qualify as assets] such as Australia and Burkina Faso, have been dealt with in recent announcements and today has expertly dealt with DRC, Kenya & Ivory Coast. Another hit of an RNS! | dead duck resources

06/3/2024 12:34 | In IC there have been expressions of interest. Whether that is from the 5 Chinese buyers we are not told. But the interest is so serious that a report has been commissioned to distribute to people to allow them in an insight into exactly what they are all interested in. The writers of the report have previously written other reports. The possibility of sale is being considered. Once the possibility turns into an actuality then the consideration will start. As soon as that consideration is concluded then the finalisation can commence. | kemche
06/3/2024 12:14 | RNS - Ivory Coast - Following expressions of interest by third parties, as previously noted, the Canadian consultants Watts, Griffis and McOuat have been commissioned to produce a short report on the seven gold licences held or applied for by the Company's subsidiary and will be distributing this at the PDAC Conference in Toronto this week. Each licence is for an area approaching 300 square kms, and to do justice to these licences, felt to be in some cases highly prospective, all possibilities for sale, farm in or joint venture, either of parts or of the whole of the portfolio, are being considered. | noirua
06/3/2024 12:08 | Groundbreaking NONRNS where the expectations with a view to finalisation is clearly there. Once the expectation is met then the commencement of the finalisation will commence. Whether it is imminently or otherwise is anyone's guess. But the expectations are now clearly stated. In Kenya the renewal will allow the next phase of exploration to proceed. Once the process has commenced then the aim of increasing the resource can begin in earnest (or possibly Norm). In IC there have been expressions of interest. In DRC we consider that co-ordination of the final steps requires our presence in Kinshasa. This will come as a relief to local representative who has been on standby for the last few weeks. But an undimmed Ettie is confident that he will prevail as he has always done. Once the prevailing has begun then the commencement will start. The price of gold means that all the gold in the ground is now worth more and therefore this will help to crystallise and establish the value of all that gold. Once the crystallisation has commenced then the value of all the gold will be established. How anyone can read that as bad commentary and a precursor to stuff is beyond me. And therefore I think BLUE by COP. | kemche
06/3/2024 09:36 | For experienced posters on Red Rock, this will seem like a 'Grandma sucks eggs' comment. With gold rising this will enhance all of Red Rock's gold interests and the market will realise that cash raising will be easier or a partial disposal of an asset or royalty. The DRC situation looks to be closing in on a deal at last. | noirua

06/3/2024 08:32 | Happy to grab as many millions of these as i can afford, DRC cannot afford, NOT to follow the LAW. End of. | steveberyl
06/3/2024 08:32 | Red Rock shares are reacting this morning to the likelihood of a deal in Kenya. Details are expected to arrive soon. I have a good idea but best to not repeat a speculation. Red Rock assets exceed the market cap multiple times. A Red Rock team is in Kenya working on the renewal of the Company's two licences. The Company has a 723,000 oz gold Mineral resource, and a tailings project, and renewal will allow the next phase of exploration to proceed with the aim of increasing the resource to +1 million ounces. - 2 hours ago DRC and Gold Assets Update | noirua

05/3/2024 19:17 | Throwback to the consultancy RNS, hard to believe it took place over a month ago now. Red Rock, a natural resource development company with projects and investments in Oil & Gas, gold, and new generation energy metals, announces the appointment of Mr David Lenigas as a Strategic Consultant to assist the board and the Company as it begins a new phase of growth. Red Rock described as first and foremost an oil & gas project and investment company. Leni to bring about the new phase of growth of the Company (and growth of the Board?) not to be mistaken for the Next Phase at Burkino Faso, which is completely different. | dead duck resources
