P.S.

I am NOT a large holder of RRR shares.

However, I understand from Share Prophets via a Twitter article that at the last AGM, Andrew Bell was voted in on a "LAND-SLIDE."

I would assume that large shareholders of RRR are nuanced about money and therefore they also must be cognisant that the asset that should not be sneezed at is the MT IDA ROYALTY of US$11m to come. So, RRR has to merely be present till that time of Mt Ida either sold or go into production. Some AIM investment co's have little assets eg PRIM with only GGP shares in the main of value. So, these can run on minimum listing cost.
Clarity should be forthcoming as soon as Mr Bell returns from the Congo, hopefully shortly.

By the way, there is a distinct difference between BROKER TARGETS which I did NOT quote. I quoted VALUATION for 1 or 2 of the assets. If one has a Rolex watch say at home, it needs a "Valuation" done in order to insure it.
So, too with some of the assets that RRR has esp. CONGO. Musoni is believed to have been SOLD ON for US$250m. On the other forum, one poster said that the if it is found that it was SOLD UNDER MARKET VALUE kinda of thing, then PUNITIVE DAMAGES could come in. So, there is VALUE VIA PRICE DISCOVERY - IN THIS CASE, MUSONOI SOLD FOR US$250M
IF CORRECT + $5+$15m!! ONLY A TIER 1 CAN FETCH SUCH PRICES as norm!! Asked about broker note so every asset is VALUED, RRR BALANCE SHEET SHOWS THIS AS SUCH.

On London South East #ANGS, a similar type of post was posted yesterday and
it was deleted by admin.

So, kindly please note.

Noirua-all genuine shareholders of RRR would want to know the true VALUE of RRR's vast portfolio. We are here to share as a COMMUNITY.
Where in doubt, say Mt Ida ie your header says 1.23bn tonnes vs
Juno RNS/ANN of Mar 2022 Interims state, 1.85bn from the M.D, Durack, then the info has to be acknowledged as correct as this is REGULATORY NEWS submitted by Juno to the Australian Stock Exchange.

We should come together to mutually share and if in any confusion to go to
ANDREW BELL, CHAIRMAN OF RRR TO CHECK WITH HIM AND INVITATION OPEN TO YOU & KEMCHE for us to go to Mr Bell to OFFICIALLY VERIFY.

Quotations of valuation come from Edison broker notes on RRR, SI Capital broker note on RRR and Align Research note on RRR etc. Links or titles are given to put into the search engine to read and check. Others from RRR current website.

----------FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT----------------
#12351 -What has been posted is BACKED UP by titles to check or links.
The valuations comes from Edison broker note of the RRR assets or SI Capital.
I refer for further details to London South East RRR.PL to the links/title of articles etc.

No one has disputed any of the details given they are from RRR themselves or from
broker notes or from articles.

----------Example: Header states Mt Ida at 1.23bn tonnes of iron ore & link is to Juno. Juno Mar 2022 Interim RNS- Mr Durack, MD stated 1.85 bn tonnes.
So, header is not updated and a RNS/Ann cant be disputed.

Noirua, 10 May 2022 #12349 :"Quite a lot of info posted here in recent..is wrong, mixed up and confused." I note that you last quoted a map from RRR relating to Musonoi, DRC copper and cobalt and you told me that it is 1/2 the property and the rest in water? All that is shown is a block of the licence and the logo. No where is it stated by RRR on the website is in 1/2 and in water kinda of thing.

-----------Invitation to you, Noirua for us to go to Andrew Bell, Chairman, RRR
to verify the details as I quoted from RRR themselves relating to RRR's Consultant Geo re: Situ in value of the in the ground value of US$125bn.
-WE NEED TO GET THE INFO RIGHT FOR ALL RRR HOLDERS---Thanks.

January 2022

London-based gold miner Red Rock Resources has found commercially viable ore samples in its Migori project after performing new exploratory drilling in the area.

The firm said in filings at the London Stock Exchange (LSE) that it drilled 20 holes in the Migori concession. Results from nine holes indicated gold intercepts of between 0.5 and 3.75 grammes of gold per metric tonne of ore in seven holes, while two holes did not record significant intercepts.

“These first nine holes were extremely encouraging, and take us some way towards our objectives for the programme. Seven of the drill holes intercepted gold mineralisation, including five at good grades. We look forward to being able to announce the remaining results before long,” said Red Rock chairman Andrew Bell.

“The drill programme was designed to test possible extensions of the mineralised zones and to infill some possible gaps where holes might previously have been drilled too far apart to allow an assumption of continuity of mineralisation in the resource calculation.”

Earlier test drilling done in 2012 on the Mikei Gold Project had indicated the potential of a deposit of 730,000 ounces of gold, with the firm hopeful that additional drilling will raise this to between one and two million ounces.

The samples are being tested at the SGS Limited facility in Mwanza, Tanzania which is a certified and accredited laboratory for sample preparation and analysis.

RED ROCK ADMISSION DOCUMENT: 2005
The Chairman was Andrew Bell and Kenneth Frank Watson, MD.
Frank Watson was stated to be a mining entreprenuer and prospector.
The assets for the listing:
MT IDA -Magnetite iron ore.
MT MASON - Hematite iron ore.
2 more other Mt - all in the Pilbara, Western Australia.
---
Sharecast: "RRR: Shortly after listing in 2005, we sold iron ore assets to Jupiter in exchange for cash, shares and royalty."

"AUSTRALIAN ORE-LIGARCHS"
Only Russia has more commodity billionaires. The richest persons in Oz are:
No 1:Gina Rinehart -$30bn from Roy Hill iron ore, Pilbara, W.A., Oz [2.4bn tonnes]

No 2: Andrew Forrest -$28bn from Fortescue -iron ore, Pilbara, W.A, Oz

Clive Palmer: $18bn . Sold his iron ore deposit to Sino iron ore [Chinese]. Sino has just turned a profit of $1.3bn from their MAGNETITE iron mine. Sino iron ore magnetite deposit is 4bn tonnes.

There is another iron ore billionaire but I have not finished checking this out yet.

-------------------ALL THE RICHEST PERSONS IN OZ ARE ORE-LIGARCHS ie from IRON ORE, PILBARA, WESTERN AUSTRALIA.-----

Hematite iron ore- this is DSO [direct shipping ore]
Magnetite -needs benefication and Sino has managed to turn a profit of $1.3bn in recent days announcement from magnetite.

Magnetite is also greener and Gina has bought into Mt Bevan, NEXT DOOR to Mt Mason, Juno. The deposit at Mt Bevan consists of 2 -one is magnetite of 1.1bn tonnes.

RRR SOLD ROYALTY TO ANGLO-PACIFIC RE: MT IDA
At the time, Mt Ida had 550Mt tonnes.

----------TODAY, MT IDA IS 1.85BN TONNES.----[Source: Juno, Mar 2022 interims]
Mt Ida is potentially Tier 1 and set to complete the Feasibility Study.
Bell said in his interview recently with Stockbox Media that the exploration target is 2-3bn tonnes for Mt Ida.

-----------MAGNETITE IRON ORE HAS NOW "RENEWED INTEREST." {MD, Juno,Mar 2022 Interims]------

====BELL, WATSON COULD HAVE BEEN AMONG THE AUSTRALIAN BILLIONAIRES=========
with Mt Isa, Mt Mason. If they had gone on to develop the RRR LISTING ASSETS
of Mt Isa, Mt Mason and two other Mt, they would have been among the group of Gina, Forrest, Palmer. As they develop and get income, they could expand like the ORE-LIGARCHS.

RRR SHAREHOLDERS COULD HAVE BEEN RICH BEYOND ...?

------------ANDREW FORRREST MADE ME A BILLIONAIRE-------------
One chap per a Forbes article bought shares in Forrest Annaconda at 1-3 cents which went on to $9+. Fortescue is currently around the $20 range.

Annaconda failed as metallurgical couldnt be solved. I recall that Forrest used Annaconda and used it as a shell and renamed it Fortescue.

LoL, a penny stock. Fortescue is today a $63bn co [mkt cap].

-------------Stunning-----------Will lightning strike twice?
Mt Ida is now in Juno and will it be developed as the M.D said or sold?
To become a big player, one has to derive huge revenues/profit from the op and later expand with more projects etc. [Normal trajectory]

1% of Jupiter mines currently worth £850K to Red Rock - NO IT DOESN'T.

400K shares in Elephant Oil, at IPO will be worth £800K to Red Rock - WILL IT? WILL THEY BE ABLE TO SELL IT?

25M shares in Power Metal Resources worth £360K to Red Rock - WORTH AND BEING ABLE TO SELL ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS

1.4M shares in Juno Minerals (ASX listed) - AND?

75% Migori Gold Project, Kenya: 723Koz gold JORC Resource - NO ONE WANTS IT BECAUSE THE GRADES ARE PITIFUL

50.1% New Ballarat Gold JV - FOR WHICH RRR PAID £36.24

100% Faso Greenstone owned by Red Rock exploring highly prospective gold region - AND?

El Limon, sold. $300K annualised royalty income to Red Rock - HOW MUCH HAVE THE ROYALTIES BEEN OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS?

RRR'S INTEREST IN MT IDA.
1.4m shares in Juno, ASX listed.
1/2 of 1.5% royalty at Mt Ida.
[Juno's Mt Mason is at Investment Decision time per latest Ann]

Edison: They put Mt Ida value at US$1.165 BILLION [based on 1.1bn-1.3bn tonnes] and at US$3.50 per tonne. This equates to a buy-out price because the iron ore price is around the US$150/tonne mark [ give and take]. So, with Mt Ida now at 1.85 bn tonnes, the Edison cals will have to be revised.

So, RRR 's balanced portfolio has exposure to iron ore in the Pilbara, W.A and more importantly a potential TIER 1. Gina's huge Roy Hill iron ore mine is at some 2.4bn tonnes.

Red Rock seem way undervalued looking at what they have. In the short-term, there is the $4.5m damages awarded and ready to be enforced.

Putting together their interests they have:

Jupiter mines (Manganese): In Sep 2021, Red Rock sold a substantial amount of their Jupiter Shares
which raised proceeds of £1.24m

400K shares in Elephant Oil, at IPO will be worth £800K to Red Rock

25M shares in Power Metal Resources worth £360K to Red Rock

1.4M shares in Juno Minerals (ASX listed) (Iron)

75% Migori Gold Project, Kenya: 723Koz gold JORC Resource

50.1% New Ballarat Gold JV

100% Faso Greenstone owned by Red Rock exploring highly prospective gold region

El Limon, sold. $300K annualised royalty income to Red Rock

DRC Copper projects in 3 licences

Zimbabwe Lithium licences: $100K received from investors, May 2022

Dispute on Mine sale by partner: $4.5m damages awarded, awaiting 50% share: further $7.5m

Follow up claim of up to $250m for on-sale

Red Rock as it turns out are fortunate to have an oil asset whilst others sectors reverse sharply. The company has not mentioned whether there is a lock on selling any shares for a period - that is quite common.

The sale of Musonoi might turn out OK if they can get the cash - other shares in gold and copper slid sharply across the pond again today - only shares holding or slipping slightly are the major gold miners.
From this an IPO of NBGC might be put back from the third quarter of 2022 - note comments by Power Metal.

The only concern is that cash is running down - unlike cash at Power Metal that has piled up from warrant conversions.

Good luck during the present share reversals guys.

I just had a glance at the RNS from KAV.
The wording is very specific in that it has NOT yet been declared an IOCG.
By declared means a technical "discovery."
There are some strict rules about this ie declare "discovery."

That is my take on it and I am not in it. Look at POW and Paul Johnson's tweet to see what he says if he wants to comment. I always try to counter-check in general ie I dont take 1 view but take several takes on it eg VSA Capital/ SI Capital 's Charlie Stephenson, GEO/Analyst.

RRR has some 25m shares of POW so there is some indirect exposure to KAV?
