Watch XTR.

If Jan Nelson can take a basket case company from impending insolvency to profitable producer in under 12 months (which I suspect he will) then you have a good benchmark by which to measure the RRR clowns by.

Oh, and he's taking no wages.

LOL

Looks to me as though desperation is kicking in and the main man is heading for the last chance saloon albeit with a pocket full of my hard earned dosh.

Tick, Tock.

Stooge or not, AAE writes very much in the same way as Bell. I have my own thoughts.

Just a thought though, I value my friends and can think of a multitude of investments I would sooner get my friends interested in ahead of RRR. I am sure if I got them to invest in RRR they would not remain friends for very long.

But may be that's how he treats his friends, certainly treats shareholders with contempt.

BUT THE CLOCK IS TICKING!!

Why not just cut out the middle man.
Get friends & family to invest £1,000 and give them £100 in return.
Nice clean transaction and the end result is the same.
Laterally thinking like !!

I don't think someone from the company would be posting as they are in the 20:16 post. Lateral thinking to get some friends to buy in? Good grief. I would be embarassed to tell anyone I know how I am 75% down on my investment.

Has to be a fake poster, on a wind up. They need to get a life!!!

If prevented by lack of capital, do not concede defeat, instead engage in lateral thinking. As a practical experiment, try to persuade two work colleagues, friends or family members to buy, and task each of those to persuade two more, and so on.

LMAO.

The comments of a scoundrel.

Ever heard of the adage "Don't go throwing good money after bad"

A question often asked is is the company doing enough to lift the share price, to which an obvious but unspoken riposte would be are you yourselves doing enough? If you last invested at a higher price why not invest anew at todays price. If prevented by lack of capital, do not concede defeat, instead engage in lateral thinking. As a practical experiment, try to persuade two work colleagues, friends or family members to buy, and task each of those to persuade two more, and so on.

Ettie - Whilst pi's here may not have the collective desire to get the ball rolling its pretty clear that someone like Mr Sklan could.

It would be some what naive to think that he hasn't seen the previous spin/wash cycle of dilution for follies and working capital and think that he's happy his into see his investment diluted by someone elses mis-management.

The shareholders register can be obtained and a circular posted out.

Once the momentum is there it's surprising how things can gather pace.

Exciting times ahead and a dead man walking me thinks !

kezman surely you mean 'meeting your kin in the flesh'?

I am convinced that if Bell has not turned RRR and RGM around by AGM time he will be yesterdays news.
I am sure he will chose Dec 25th for the next one so that even less people can attend :-/

These free share options are a bit like banks who give bonuses to employees when they are losing millions.
It really annoys me as it is shareholders who are paying for them.

In reply to a positive post, grumbleweeds come out ruffling their feathers to shake sentiment. The half-baked call to arms to the proletariat to pool together decimal placed voting rights to make a change is not realistic as collectives only work if there is an overarching goal beyond individual interest and a group of private investors will only think as far as their own profit loss account.

Anyone at the helm would help....

I think ABs boat has a dissolvable rudder.

Don't forget it only takes 30%, either solely held or in conjunction with others (concert party), to make an offer to shareholders. I'm pretty sure the majority of shares are held by PI's, so there would be little or no Institutional resistance.
The directors hold a minimal amount so little resistance there either.
Red Rock valued at c£6.5m, so depending on the o/s loans there could be money in it if broken up.

Alternatively, as you intimated, a new man at the helm could work wonders.

Whichever way it goes, I can't help thinking something is going on behind the scenes. As long as it profits Regency Mines I'll be contented.

soul - you mean the smell of effluent is very similar

I think Mr Sklan may not be building a stake purely as an inactive investment

He can see the potential here and probably that it is being spoilt by a certain fly in the ointment. I think that fly may well be removed this year. Quick circular to holders for EGM and adios someone !

Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer.

It is seems strange to be talking about:

"High grade shoots identified – recent bonanza grades encountered returning >300g/t Au"

in the presentation from last weekend, and the following week talking about a mine moving to the end of its natural life.

Actually the Ivory Coast Project has no value whatsoever yet! We are all hoping it will have value in time, but at what cost?
