The 2 crooks behaviour is shocking, no RNS about Dunrobin is a classic example of poor management. No doubt they're away somewhere enjoying themselves at òùr expense.

Dunrobin North Sea Oil Field partners hand back interest it seems? Upland Resources and Baron Oil. No update from Reabold though?

Time will tell so fingers crossed !
I still have zero confidence in the 2 fools being able to salvage a company they have serially destroyed.

so far the EIA documents for Colle Santo have 2 comments from the public - closes on the 27th. Perhaps there isnt as much opposition this time?

I agree completely away, I've been saying for ages we should fund them. You're right something smells & I think it's our 2 fools who are uncomfortable with stumping up the cash despite having thrown millions at it already.

it's all very odd uggy. rbd said WN drill will cost £9m, £9.4m and £9.6m all in the same presentation. I estimate rathlin has about £3m cash so they are at least £3.4m short. rbd has £9m cash, so what's the hold up? they could buy 1/6 from rathlin for - say £1m and lend them £1m so rathlin is then fully funded for their 3/6. rbd has the cash to fund 2/6 and still have £4m cash and a loan to rathlin of £1m. there must be some way to thrash out a deal in a timely way, just like wressle, something smells off.

Law an optimist might say they're involved in sensitive negotiations with a potential fundee.
A realist might say there's nothing from Rathlin simply because there's nothing going on.

it's 2 weeks since rbd gave us an update on WN via RNS - but not a word from Rathlin, seems odd

As Grey Panther mentioned earlier on LSE. ALL our licenses/projects are valued at zero. How did we let that happen !

uggy unfortunately 80% of the shares voted to continue with these clowns, surely the big investors cant be so naive as to believe their endless bull? what do they see that I dont? fortunately my breakeven is fairly low compared to many so I'll be selling into any recovery. spending circa £40m on various assets for a £12m return is not good business...

Law, SW has always been frugal with the truth & I'm not surprised he used somewhat false information as that seems to be his modus operandi. Quite how the Nomad let's them get away with it is beyond me. Remember the Malcy interview when they insisted they would have the permits for early production in 2023 & small scale production early 2024 ? An outrageous lie, that together with uncertainty over WN.
funding is killing an already ruined share price
Only 2 people responsible, SO & SW, they are just a pair of shysters who have no right to be CEO's.
CURRY, I have no idea how they got 80% of the votes, its a travesty.

I think there's a good chance CS will be granted the permits but as you say debt finance may be an issue. The Euro 11m-12m pa is based on a gas price of E.45 mwh, well below this price for over 4 months, current price E.26 mwh. The recent RBD presentation still quoted E.45 mwh. Although the current price has no bearing on future profitability it must surely make raising debt finance more difficult.

fyi at E.26 mwh the E.11m becomes Euro 6.35m pa (x 90% = Euro5.7m pa)

Last we heard law:

"LNEnergy’s primary asset is an exclusive option over a 90% interest in the onshore Colle Santo gas field"

Presumably fulfilment of said option depends on conditions precedent being met?

Edit: Oh, and LNE raising the required debt finance.

evening all, I have been monitoring the Italian website re colle santo. new documents filed on 8th March
"Scale LNG Project" and "Staged Development Project" - Development project of the "Colle Santo" natural gas field

what's curious is that the docs regarding a "preliminary assessment" were filed by "CMI Energia s.r.l." not LNenergy. first filed June 2022 updated 08.03.24 so perhaps LNe has taken over the application.
