You guys followed your master who was going to take over the board of RBD and work miracles.

No one with a brain voted for him because of his past failures and dodgy behaviour. However you still think you could run RBD yourselves. CEO Uggy and CFO Heidi.

Why don't you make your own attempt to take the board positions? Maybe you know in your hearts you could not begin to even understand the process never mind enact it.

So just stay typing your silly little fantasies while the real people get on with their jobs and do some actual work.

I have just posted this on LSE - Italian delay or LNE and/or RBD telling porkies???

Date of submission of the application: 09/01/2024

RNS 20.12.23

LNEnergy reported that on 20 December 2023 it filed the Environmental Impact Study ("EIS") for the new small-scale liquefied natural gas (LNG) development plan at the Colle Santo gas field with the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security. This is a further step towards achieving the granting of a production concession at Colle Santo.

I would hope they already have a plan in place, it would be virtual suicide if they didn't. It had better be a very advantageous one for us but time will tell.

How long can reabold and rathlin maintain the silence on WN? Perhaps RBD is waiting to have the Corallion cash in the bank - which should be imminent - so maybe early next week?

meanwhile the mcap is at least £2m less than cash + the incoming £4.4m

Latest comment on Malcy's Blog:Back to Shell/Victory again, this time to Reabold Resources who are about to receive the final payment from Shell of GBP4.4m. This validates the Reabold model which... can only be proved on a red letter day like today when the completion of an investment happens by way of a final payout. This means that the remaining investments which are in the pipeline can receive vital cash injections which in due course will take each of them to the final stage and ultimate payout to the company and hence the shareholders. The money coming in today has always been earmarked for current projects, in particular those at West Newton and Colle Santo, where gas developments are moving ahead and will benefit from investment as they are at formative stages in their development and hopefully will reflect success achieved at Victory.Recent attempts to unsettle Reabold were not supported by most of the shareholders, despite being expensive and time consuming. Today for once and for all, the company can move ahead from this frustrating activity and kick on at these two key investments in the current portfolio. The shares should soon start to reflect the substantial value embedded in both West Newton and Colle Santo, the company is set fair and has much to prove.

law, yes there's.many ways a deal can be done. I still don't believe Rathlin will find funds for a party as they've been trying for some time. I would hope we have been talking to them about a solution for some time & RBD are in a fantastic position to screw Rathlin & get a fantastic deal.

Hi Camponar, Hope all well

If we get a labour govt they will face same energy mess as a tory Govt. They are both utterly broken and useless. We are stuffed unless we get on with Green at the same time as using best option oil and gas.

We wont be coming up with any bright ideas that the politicians wont sink by the ususal spectacle of Consultants running around with huge invoices and conflicting suggestions. Look how Boris's blonde got a massive contract for PPI and a peer at that. Not saying Labour any different, they arent, ime just saying we had best wait for the Chinese to produce top quality energy products and buy them at that time.

Our govts wont actually benefit the country at the moment, they are asset stripping it if anything. So my thought is that any politician will now go for energy because now no-one is bothering to listen to the Greens. The mood has changed since Putin contributed to our current inflation. They will all want West Newtons gas for sure. Its the only thing politicians really love...free money, free energy.

18 months ago i wouldnt have thought this, but Labour Greens will quickly change spots once they have power. They all do.

I think the biggest problem here is the prospect of a labour government blocking West Newton and other projects. They have dithered and messed about for so long they have only themselves to blame.

The MMs dropped the price 7% yesterday on 10m shares sold, before the Shell news and the price still cannot recover. It's difficult to have any faith in anything this company say. The MMs have decided they want proof. I seem to remember WN being the largest onshore discovery since Wytch Farm and that disappeared without a word from its sponsor. There's a reason they invested in Italy rather than WN and they're not saying what it is.

I have no doubt that our two buys are good at squeezing balls.

Amazing how Govts change policy as times change. No tree hugging now, the country needs gas suppied by a domstic entity like us. Nice spot to be in. Italy also in the cfold spot until they get their own gas.

unlocking WN is key, perhaps a farm-out partner can be found by Rathlin in tandem with a RBD deal, alternatively Rathlin sells 1/6 to RBD for a nominal £1 in exchange for a £4m loan. That way Rathlin is fully funded for the remaining 3/6 and RBD is fully funded for their 2/6. There are so many ways to do a deal, it will be fascinating to see if RBD extract a pound of flesh

to be honest I would prefer them to help fund west newton than get a divi back, that project needs to get going to have any chance of getting our shareprice back to a sensible level

For those who missed it yesterday...

Stephen Williams, Co-CEO of Reabold, said:

"We are pleased to see development approval granted for the Victory gas field, which triggers the final tranche of the payment from Shell to Corallian's shareholders. This represents a significant moment in the delivery of the Reabold strategy to identify, fund and monetise underappreciated, but strategically important assets. We remain focussed on progressing other key projects in the Reabold portfolio in 2024 and realising further value to reward shareholders for their ongoing support of the Company."
