04/7/2018 12:11 | Simon Ammu did the same on Ast. I stated all honestly there, where gaps were etc but he took it a step further suggesting crazy prices. He hasnt a clue mate so just ignore. Ther is always one I guess from the T20 club lol | theaviator
04/7/2018 12:08 | Yep I added another 1.7ml also. | theaviator
04/7/2018 11:58 | To add to my last post, the idea here is to use the test to prove the resource is viable. This makes the asset much more valuable, so the company can sell it on to somebody else to do the big horizontal drill to access it from onshore. The economics here are clear in a success case, as a jackup rig appraisal well is relatively inexpensive and the value of the asset if proven up is significant. That is the idea here. No one should be under any illusion that Colter is about some massive BOPD figure, that's not what this type of play is. | simonsaid1
04/7/2018 11:02 | That is very helpful much appreciated | dave19w
04/7/2018 10:45 | To anyone new here, the Colter rig is a quick jackup for around a month just to test the play. Regardless of success or failure, they will still plug and abandon, because the aim is NOT to pull up oil offshore like that. If it's a success, they will plug and abandon the well, and then access it horizontally under the ground from onshore. As such a very small amount of drilling is required and a tiny volume of oil is moved to surface during the test (appraisal). This is why the environmental case is not a significant risk, and nobody in the know is concerned about permission. It's absolutely nothing like asking for a long-term offshore production drilling platform. I hope this helps. | simonsaid1
04/7/2018 10:37 | Sorry was supposed to be a thumbs up | dan1nat1
04/7/2018 10:28 | Added 500k 0.65p gift, impatient hands to the patient hands. Strange time to sell given the news period we are entering but each to their own. On a side note regarding Ammu it seems AAOG have YET AGAIN delayed the rig that makes over 10 delays since AAOG IPO, let me guess Ammu thats my fault lol Take you anger out on the board not me xD | ileeman
04/7/2018 10:24 | So you mean temp as in temporary? | dave19w
04/7/2018 10:24 | Lol @ Ammu. We get it, you have a personal beef with Lee. Is it really worth daily trolling this thread just over a personal grudge? Go outdoors, man! | simonsaid1
04/7/2018 10:19 | dave see this link - "Oza says the Colter oilfield will bring jobs to the area, and that the offshore rig will only remain in place for up to 45 days. The well will then be plugged and abandoned, and future development will be based onshore, with oil extracted horizontally from Wytch Farm." | dan1nat1
04/7/2018 10:13 | dan1nat1 what do you mean by a temp rig? | dave19w
04/7/2018 09:46 | mllions being bought 5vs1 likely to move up | soultrading
03/7/2018 21:13 | That's what you think. I think there will a delay | ammu12
03/7/2018 16:57 | It only requires a temp rig, so the permit should not be an issue. | dan1nat1
03/7/2018 15:52 | No rig permit yet. Be careful here | ammu12
03/7/2018 12:53 | looking at despite even number of trades more have been bought than sold. Be nice when they release it. There are lots on the sidelines waiting. | 1hopefultrader
03/7/2018 12:51 | nah it is even on the buying and selling front. Just ticking over here until news. I understand there is possible news from multiple fronts due. | 1hopefultrader
02/7/2018 20:43 | Mostly sells today :( | ammu12
02/7/2018 07:57 | Great read in the paper. @luckyman As it is a temp rig it will almost certainly take place. As for final permit, the final permit will be given on rig inspection. | ileeman
01/7/2018 18:26 | Nice Sunday Mail article today cpap man. Brexit UK needs the Oil Revenue. A 45 day drill will occur as the summer ends, then they pipe it onshore. It is not the local NIMBY Council that are involved its the O & G Authority led by the government Ministers direction. Likely success is a 70/30 risk in your favour. Jobs for the locals as well. Smart work by S & S in my opinion, with lots more other good news to follow. How much will Perenco pay once proven? This Mcap is about to get an uplift.... Get in early it is still not too late.... GLA. | dandadandan
01/7/2018 15:38 | So not guaranteed we will drill as we need an environment permit. | luckyman3
29/6/2018 13:51 | Your lack of experience is shining through. Recent trades that are not at exactly 0.65p are buys. | chorus1
29/6/2018 13:35 | Sells after sells. Someone's offloading big time. | ammu12 |
