Believe it's due to the fact that RBD has been incorrectly classed as an investment company and Halifax/Lloyds are therefore requiring that they publish a certain document before allowing trading on the shares.

I emailed the PR for RBD and they said they are trying to sort it. A couple of the bank brokers have messed up not allowing people to buy for some reason no idea why.

Great news.

Chart wise we are testing a breakout of the 5 month range we have been stuck in + 200MA breakout.

Break this range and it will target the highs 1p-1.1p and lets face it 1p should not be hard to break given the news due and the drills taking place.
