From Cairn Energy Conference Call last week

And last month, we announced our entry into an exciting emerging play on the northern margin in the Southern Gas Basin, an area called the Mid North Sea High. We have farmed into five concessions with Deltic Energy and Cairn will operate all five licenses. The key opportunity is the emerging Zechstein carbonate buildup play with recent discoveries in the facility, including the Crosgan and Resolution gas discoveries in the West Newton and Asian oil discoveries. Shell plan to drill the Pensacola Zechstein prospect just to the West in the coming months. A result there will reduce uncertainty on our licenses

Quite high directors costs @ 676k for y/e '20 particularly in light of the "Not achieved" KPIs: -

KPI 4 - Growth in total net assets over the prior year

KPI 5 - Growth in share price over the prior year

Happily though ... KPI 7 - Retention of key management and strong Board (key executives retained & incentivised)

was achieved.

This should cheer you up Piston man.

Cali earned us over $1,600,000 net profit after costs for 2020 when the oil price average for the year was $39 throughout 2021 the average has been $64.

The results should be good and i expect them to announce further drilling soon as they stated they had identified further targets after the drilling of VG6.

4287 barrels from 3 wells over a month is an average of 48 barrels a day each.
I reckon if I left my garden hose running all day I would get a greater flow rate than that!!.

Anyway whats causing this spike this morning is more interesting?

Those figures are gross so once you taken out costs probably not much left. waste of time, yet another blue sky project turning into a flop. Parta Same, if WN A doesn't coe up with some serious flow rates then its not looking good.

It's an average of 148bpd+gas at California ... No where near 4000bopd..

People don't realise what this does to the value of Victory CPR and WN.

The gas is nailed on but it is pre-occupied with the oil that was a bonus anyway.
