Im sorry, but Im concerned with success showing in the shareprice, and to date it demonstrates dismal failure

So the testing was a success although they manage to so damage it that it failed to flow, but they now know better on how to test the next well, oh yes, Victory is now a valuable asset considering that the gas price has gone up.

Nothing about the other assets.

This is now at the low of the stock market crash in March 2020. Regardless of whether Investors are disappointed, a market cap of £24 million is on any measure far too low and as we saw in March 2020 it will prove a bargain buy price.

toon - listen to Stephen Williams from about 4 mins 30 secs in. You may need to play it several times, but he talks about data gathering to allow them to design the ultimate field development, which is where my impression arose. More used to offshore where most appraisal wells are not designed as producers and where the operators go on to drill separate production wells specifically designed for that purpose. Most, if not all offshore appraisal wells get plugged, successful or not.

As you say, we'll see. If the appraisal program proves up a large commercial field, they may farm out or sell West Newton and let someone else deal with the development. Hopefully we'll both be skipping over the horizon with full swag bags by then.

"they blew it with over acidising "

is this the crew we had to wait for from Eastern Europe?

Steel 13 weeks and millions spent on Bz1? You don't think it BZ1 was expected to be a producer? Please not wanting to argue with you but you are not thinking straight they blew it with over acidising it of course they wanted it to produce, biggest issue for me and many others why they didn't test WNA it's now 2 yrs virtually since they drilled it wonder how much fluid is still down that hole or maybe it's healed up :)

The clowns at Rathlin expect the EWT at A-2 to take about 4 weeks, so best to treble that, then double it..

Over 300m shares traded - 30 and 31 Aug - that must be telling shareholders something.

What is going or has gone wrong?

toon - the impression I got was that they are not testing the Cadeby as it has not been mentioned. Tight hole possibly on that? Or maybe not viable?

From the RNS 25 May:

The West Newton B-1z completion and testing operations are targeting hydrocarbons in the conventional Kirkham Abbey Formation reservoir.

I also got the impression the purpose of the B1 and B1-Z were to inform on the B2 well targeting, rather than as a potential producer. As you say, I could be spouting b*ll*x :)
